I had my initial visit this past Tuesday. There just isn't enough positive words in English to describe how impressed I was. I was late for my appointment. They understood and fit me right in. I was treated with the utmost kindness, understanding, and empathy. I was listened to. The doctor truly cared and seemed to do everything he possibly could to help so that I can get my situation back moving in a positive direction. What a blessing to have some hope after what has happened in the past 5 years. I absolutely recommend this office.

This dental office is the absolute best for kids. My kids have been going here for years. I am so thankful we came across this office. Every single visit has been consistently great. They have very kind, compassionate, efficient staff that are wonderful working with children. They have always made my kids feel 100% comfortable. They do great to attempt to fit your needs with scheduling and are always on time, efficient, and provide quality services every time. I appreciate the hard work of all of the staff to keep this office running what seems to be flawlessly.

I have been coming to West 10th Dental for two years after having to leave a not so good dental practice. Everyone that works here from the front office, to the dental assistants, the hygienists and the dentists are very pleasant and I feel like I get great service every time. If I have had any concerns I feel like they take my concerns seriously and address them promptly. I would definitely recommend them!!

I am absolutely in love with my dentist and his assistant. I had a crown put in. Dr. Is always in a great mood humming all the way. I’m usually very tense but I noticed l was completely relaxed because I trusted them.

My first time there and it was a great experience. The ladies that checked me in at the front desk, the nurse that did my x-rays and was with me, and then meeting Dr. Rapp - great experience all the way. Thank you!!

Called this morning and they had me in a chair in less than 30 minutes. Had my tooth extracted with major relief after the appointment. Highly satisfied and would recommend. My kids go to this dentist as well.

So we changed our dentist office from the one my son has been going to for 2 years. We had a good experience at this location. My son was happy he was able to play while waiting and they made him feel comfortable during the xr and cleaning process. Staff was kind and the hygienist showed my son the tools and explained what they were used for which made him 100% comfortable ❤

My first time seeing a dentist and I can say I don’t regret coming here. The doctor and the nurse were great. Can’t wait for my next appointment

Terrible pain in my mouth and of course it’s a Friday night. Did think I had a chance of being seen on a Saturday. I called at 8:01 Saturday morning. Told them about my pain and they got me in as soon as I could get there. They all did a great job treating me and getting me on the road to recovery. Thanks guys! Awesome work!

I recently went with my father as we wanted to get a second opinion and we came out of there wanting to never go back to our original dentist lol they were amazing and so helpful and walked us through everything. The tips Dr. Benson gave us where so helpful. We just felt good being there and that alone means a lot as a Latino family. Thank you West 10th Dental Group for being such amazing people.

Jessica did an excellent job with me. It was my first time ever having dental work done. She knew I was nervous so she took the time to explain everything to me and put me at ease. I will be coming back, thanks to Jessica. I am not sure what my Dentists name was, but I feel she could have explained that she was going to stick me with a needle, before actually doing it. That was truly traumatizing. She also kept hitting my teeth with her instruments. I felt like she was in a hurry. At the end of my visit she took time to explain what to expect with recovery and asked me if I had any questions. I appreciated that. I would give Jessica 5 stars and my dentist a generous 2 stars.

Always clean, always on time meaning they don’t let you waiting and pass your appointment time like in other places.
Staff is really nice and they really try their best working with children so they cooperate with their treatment. Also an adult is always allowed to go with the child which I like
In other places I had to let my children go by them selves, Not good !!

This was such a phenomenal experience. From the ladies at the front who checked me in, and sadly I found out my insurance was not accepted. They went above and beyond to research,double check, and let me know all options available (so kind) to find what could work! Very rare to find, hang onto them! Dr. Bowling and Jackie were incredible. I have very high anxiety and have let that keep me from getting care over the years. The amount of time they took to make sure I was comfortable, understood my options, and go over a plan is something that is an anomaly in any field of practice. I walked out feeling less anxious, hopeful, and treated with respect. Cannot express my gratitude enough. I could not recommend them more highly!

Going to the dentist or even thinking about going just gives me anxiety. The people at this location are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome that now I don’t dread going. They also have a pediatric side on the same floor. My kids go to this location also. Highly recommend!!!

I just wanted to say I went today, and Asia helped me as well as the lady from the temp agency, and they genuinely blew me away with how friendly, conversational, and helpful they were. Especially Asia. I didn’t expect for someone to be so nice that early in the morning and it was really appreciated

I was worried because it wasn't a typical dentist office. But as soon as we walked through the doors everyone was smiling and so helpful. It immediately put me at ease. It was my sons first trip to the dentist and they explained and showed him everything that they were going to do.
The experience was so great that I am now going to switch myself to go there:-)

I have been a patient at West 10th Dental
for over 25 years. I can’t recommend Judy enough - she has been my hygienist for years and she always puts me at ease. Her dental assistant Alicia is also kind and helpful.

Dr Parsey saw me on Saturday for bad tooth pain. We scheduled extraction on the following Thursday to give time for antibiotics to work. The extraction went smooth and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes in which most of it was checking in, waiting for the anesthesia, and checking out. I can't say enough about how well I was treated through out this process. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Parsey.

Dr Rapp was very thorough at explaining what was going to happen, gentle with the anesthesia and I felt confident in his ability to fix root canal that another dentist hadn't done properly. It's been a few days and I have zero pain anymore, some sensitivity but he said that would be normal for about a week. I would recommend this clinic and Dr. Rapp to anyone! The dental hygienist was kind and helpful as well, and overall it was a great experience.
