I brought my 1997 trek 2120 carbon alum in to get the rear derailleur cable replaced and the handle bars rewrapped. Jeremiah was great, he handled my bike with the utmost care and respect. And did a great job.

Joe was great! He spent a ton of time going over my options, made countless suggestions and adjustments to get me dialed in, and I was very happy to leave there with a nice new Norco full suspension 29er.

Very nice bike shop. The owner and employees are very friendly, great service. I was surprised that this shop will even price match which is cool so you don’t have to drive all over town for the best price on an item. There is a large parking area in the same plaza big enough for a semi truck, even though there are signs that say no semi truck parking, I went and parked long enough to get what I needed anyway.

Great service. I called to see if they were busy first and they got me right in and took care of me. Very helpful and friendly!

I called before I went in asking a few questions about repair on tire. Spoke with Greg who was Very helpful! Greg took care of me when I arrived, all my bike needed was air. He is a great salesman. He showed me a bike I fell in love with! Had to call my better half and he said no but after talking so much about Greg and the bike, we will be back on Saturday! 😉

Joe was very helpful with my purchase. He made sure that before I left that my electric bike was in good shape and all my accessories were put on correctly. He was very kind and explained things well. Would shop here again!

Found the bike I needed. Excellent person to person sales dialog. Was taught the proper seating height and loading techniques for auto carrier. Will go there for rest of my cycling days.

Bought some new MTB grips there today. Customer service was awesome, and I love my new grips.

Solid selection, helpful and personable staff, and they worked with me on price to get something that fit my needs in my price range.

I wanted to test ride the Aventon Aventure in person and BOI had plenty in stock and dedicated sales staff who let you ride everything. I could have ordered and set up my bike myself, but they had one ready, no wait and good to go for $150 set up fee. Mark drug at least 6 bikes out for me to try to be sure the Aventure was what I wanted and it was. No regrets. Aventon bikes are great (I now own 2, soltera and aventure) and BOI has what you need. They also have more accessories and more useful accessories than BGI or bike line!

Great bike shop. They have large assortment of e bikes, including Aventon. I purchased my Aventon Level 2 here. Friendly staff and expert service on your e bikes. Highly recommend!

Looking into E bikes past couple of years.
Older now, need a bike more power.
Looked at scooters, Hondas, Royal Enfield, etc., Hurt myself. Lol!
Owned a couple dirt bikes, young man. As I grow older, the balance and flex are lacking.
Last year, I stopped at this business, purchased couple items I needed for my Wal Mart Huffy.
This bike shop had good selection of bikes. Brands I've never heard of.I Recently broke down and purchased a Aventon E bike.

I live out of state, I periodically make my way through Indy. Can't wait till I get back home and pound some pavement.

I took the bike for a spin around this community.
Got my 10 mile medal.
10 miles about 50 minutes. Impressed.
Hilly in this area.
So far, I'm impressed with the bike.

Greg and Joe were awesome! They worked so hard to assemble my bike as quickly as possible AND swap out some pedals for me. They even waited a few mins after closing time for us to get there just so I could have it to ride the next day. Highly recommend their services!

After years of cycling, wife reached a point she needed to go with a trike. Ordered one online and closest shop I could have it shipped to was BOI Indy. Contacted them prior to ordering and they welcomed the chance to receive and assemble it and kept me informed of when it was received and assembled and ready for pick up.
When we arrived for pick up, we were met by owner John and Eric on his staff. They patiently walked my wife through trike’s setup and were very knowledgeable of not only her trike, but bicycles and riding in general.
We were both very impressed with BOI and were very pleased with dealing with them. Would highly recommend that anyone wanting to purchase a bike or needing service contact them. Believe you will find them as friendly, helpful and professional as we did. First rate operation.

I purchased a cheap bike from Walmart that was pre-assembled incorrectly, and had some bent pieces causing shifting problems. I brought the bike here and for a very good price they adjusted and/or replaced/repaired parts to get the bike working correctly. The manager even came out while I was loading the bike up to give it another test ride to make sure all was good before I drove off. Great customer service. Thank you.

I received the BEST service from BOI. Eric at the shop is very knowledgeable, nice and honest. I took my bike in for service and he found a crack in the frame. Instead of just pushing me to a new bike, he gave me my options so that I could think about it. I trust him completely.
Let me add, I will tell EVERYONE I know about BOI and their wonderful service. I already have started that word of mouth. I won't shop for bike supplies anywhere else.

Went looking for 2 bikes after spending several months looking at places like Target and Walmart and just weren't satisfied with the quality of bikes available for purchase there. Loved that we were able to test ride the bikes in the parking lot prior to purchase them. Also loved that the bikes we're able to be delivered to our house when they wouldn't fit in our Chevy Spark. Great service, definitely will be back.
