The Container Store

We recently used Container Store to purchase a closet system. Prior to the purchase, we met with Hanna. She was excellent and helped us design a closet system that would work for us. No “selling” involved, just education and walk through of the available options. After our purchase, we did find that our order was missing a few items so we had to go back in store to swap a few things and get the remaining items. Jeremy was extremely helpful in processing this at the moment we came in, versus telling us to just call into customer service. There was another lady that helped us with processing the swap, return, and fulfillment of missed items, but we didn’t catch her name.

Overall, an amazing experience and part of the reason we continue to return to The Container Store. It may be premium prices for some things, but the quality of items and proactive service keeps us coming back. Well done team, appreciate your help!

Just when I was on the verge of a panic attack, Gigi and Karen came to the rescue. It was my first time being in there and very OVERWHELMING. They were absolutely awesome and I appreciate them helping me find what I needed, especially Karen who was already clocked out and on her lunch or for the day. Please please show them this and thank them for all their help!! This place is AMAZING.

Lots of just about anything you could need to organize pretty much any part of your home or office. The selection is quite varied in designs and styles, although they are a bit pricey.

I just went to the Container Store for the very first time and I fell in love. They had pretty much anything you could think of that you want or need to organize your house or office or whatever. The employees were very nice and ready to help. I will definitely be back!

I love organizing & almost all my stuff is from here! It can be expensive but they have been having more sales especially around when school starts!

Be prepared with plans otherwise you'll easily overspend!

I liked it, found some of what I was looking for, oddball stuff. Nice to go see what you need to buy instead of online

I love this store! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is always stocked really well and clean.

We had a problem with one of the items we purchased and the manager, Mark, was super helpful and fixed the problem for us. Very thankful for his time and patience.

The is only one problem with The Container Store, haha, it's not in Evansville, Indiana! Yes, there price is a little more than if you bought it online, but online, you don't get to see/touch the quality of the item and have customer reps asking you if you need any help and giving good advice. I'll gladly pay a little more for all those extras they provide. We enjoyed our visit and bought some things that we are already using.

It is expensive, but it has a lot of variety.

I enjoy shopping at The Container Store. So many ideas for organizing and the employees are always friendly. Some of the prices are a little more than I might find online but they usually have what I want in stock (instant gratification!) So i don't have to wait or worry that something may be damaged when I get it. I can see what I'm getting before I buy it.

This is the most organized store I have ever enjoyed.. I live quite a distance away and called ahead to check if they had what i wanted..
The clerk that answered was on her break and she still wanted to help me..Though I wanted her to enjoy her break. She checked on my item for stock..Yippee!! They had more than enough..They were perfect quality, being handmade you can get differences in look and
size..We found the baskets right away..and could have bought sooooo much more.. A place of common sense in a crazy world..
I thank the staff for being so helpful..and so willing to help me..

First time I have been in the store and found the sales Ladies super friendly and helpful.. But to make things even better their prices are very good. I bought 14 big containers on sale for $11.24 each..

This was my first time visiting a Container Store and I love it! The staff was very helpful and gave me some tremendous tips. I need to go home, take some measurements and then return. Most definitely will recommend your store.

If you like you life to be organized, then this is the store for you. They have something for practically everybody. Whether you are looking to organize your office, garage, crafts, kitchen or make your bedroom closet places of more convenience and organization/storage. This place definitely is exactly as the name say. They sell containers of every shape, size and purpose.
