They're rip off's, their e-file is garbage. I filed my taxes there using they're e-file program and it's been 2 months already and I haven't received my money. I can't even get a refund status online. Plus, they're so unorganized and unprofessional - they have people walk in without advising them there is such thing as a sign in sheet. they don't even have a sign up to notify customers to sign in as soon as they arrive. Last time I file with them for sure!
