I’m not too big on Indian food but I always love me a good butter chicken and Aroma was suggested to me so I decided to give it a try.

Walked in on a Saturday at around 6:15 and they weren’t busy. Our waiter was friendly and gave us some great menu suggestions.

I tried out a few things but I mostly went for the Butter Chicken. Honestly, it’s the best I’ve ever had. Super rich in flavor, the chicken was tender and delish, overall just a fantastic butter chicken.

Overall, if you’re in Broad Ripple looking for a great Indian restaurant, Aroma is definitely my new favorite spot and I highly suggest you come too! I’ll be back.

I'm in love with Aroma! We have eaten here and their other location a half dozen times now. They are extremely consistent and the food is just beautiful. The interior of the restaurant itself is fun and hip. Very tastefully done. Service has always been very prompt and courteous.

On this trip I decided to try something different for my entrée. Previously, I have had the tiki masala and the korma both of which are outstanding. I was looking over their extensive vegetarian options and was guided to that Baingan Bharta. For the appetizer, I stuck with the tandoori chicken, which I love. I also order everything mild because I don’t like a lot of heat. I also ordered the garlic Nan, which is delicious.

As usual, the tandoori chicken came out, moist, tender, and such a sophisticated taste. Absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the mint and tamarind chutney's as well. The main course, Baingan Bharta, was heaven in every bite. Such a beautifully spiced dish should not be overlooked. I highly recommend you try it. I normally order from there non-vegetable entrées. I think I'm going to be adventurous and try it one of their vegetarian offerings in the future.

For dessert I had their orange pudding. This is rice pudding in an orange shell. It was pretty tasty too

Legitimately the best Indian restaurant in Broad Ripple. Doesn’t matter what I get I end up liking it. My partner and I have been eating here for a few years now. They make great Indian food and probably the best I’ve had.
We will be back for sure

My lady moved in around the corner and have been to Aroma several times in only a couple weeks now. We. Absolutely. Love. It.

Seems like they're in need of staffing so maybe they're new but it doesn't matter.. the experience is exquisite. The food is top tier.. so many options for meat eaters (me) and vegetarians (my lady). Full flavor, options for spice level (phew!). Fun drinks.

The atmosphere and decor is stunning. Room for parties/large groups, solo dining at the bar, couples.

We are hands down in love with Aroma.

Place is wonderfully decorated and hospitality is one of the best thing. This place have the spirit of good hospitality. Food which they prepare is really good and its made as per our customized taste...we asked lesser spicy which we got in wonderful decoration.Portion is also big and good... Cleanliness is not point to mention, its really more than the expected honestly. Daal bukhara was my favouriteeee.

Amazing Indian Restaurant along the college st. Our server Tabasum was great and provided amazing service. Mango lassi to buttered naan, and Chicken Korma were really good. I asked for very mild and it still had good flavor and nothing seemed to be bland like it usually does at other places. Will be back soon!

You have earned a customer for life! The butter chicken with goat cheese is mouth watering - I’m drooling just thinking about it. Definitely get the mild if you’re not a fan of spice. I thought the medium was perfect, but I enjoy a nice kick. Loves the fried paneer. Tikka Masala was also great.

They gave us several experimental dishes to try ahead of their opening in Carmel. Paneer Pesto, Malai broccoli and an unnamed chicken dish that was juicy and citrusy were phenomenal creations! I can’t wait for the Carmel opening.

I’ve been to restaurants around the world and this was a wonderful experience. I’m glad my friends brought me here!

Hands down one of my best meals in Indianapolis 🙌.. Unpretentious ambiance with relaxed atmosphere. Must try the mocktails and the paneer pasanda and end it with dal bukhara!

This is the food I've been waiting for! Classic Indian dishes with a French culinary twist! All of my favorites with added flavor and flare! The lamb briyoni is my favorite! Succulent tender lamb with rice and So much Flavor! If you are new to Indian, try the butter chicken. You can even get it Mild, but I highly recommend adding some spice. Even their mango Lasse is topped with decadence! I will continue to come here and bring my friends. You should too!

My husband and I loved our dinner! We each got an entree and shared the spicy naan bread and took home plenty of leftovers. The kitchen seemed full staffed and was very quick to get our food once we placed our order. I did feel very bad for the one server serving a packed restaurant and covering host and to-go orders. All things considering, he was great! We will be back.

Best food and atmosphere of any similar restaurant in town! They seem a little understaffed so be patient because it is worth it!
