Had a great experience, wasn’t having a swell day, wanted to get wi-fi for my new apartment but everything was getting ready to close. By the time I got there it was closed but the all star Ty’Asia came through and saw me and let me in and heard about my day and then blessed me with my first month free. Amazing spot and Amazing people inside.

My transaction was painless. Ms. Emily was very nice and I enjoyed the music in the store. I used to go to another one but this is going to be my new store now. Excellent customer service!

Emily is so nice. I saw her after hours at a gas station and she talked me into coming to see her the next day. I got a new phone, new tablet, and Netflix for free. That store is awesome.

Went into T mobile feeling down about the service until I met the manager Emily! She absolutely turned my day around! She helped with my every need. She knows her stuff! With everything in turmoil these days she was very patient, understanding, kind, and knowledgeable! She’s the best and I mean the best! Emily & Aiden were absolutely amazing!! They turned my day around. My phone broke & I work solely from it & was lost. I was so irritated. They made me laugh & made the process so easy. Even if you have to travel a few more miles, go to their store!!!! It’s worth it.

Especially EMILY !! she is so good and know how to work with you and let you know all and everything when you ask about it . She has a good personality and sense of humor and very relatable . I think her for her customer service every visit .

I got my new phone at this store. They are so nice and helpful in there. Emily took time with me and picked me out a good phone and it was free! That's the best part! I been with T-Mobile over 15 years and I've never had a person in a store treat me as well as she did. Even the music there is great. Nice, laid back and relaxing. It made my decision making much easier. Emily was so patient with me and she kept a smile the whole time. This store makes you feel like family! I'm going to this store from now on.

The employees in that store are remarkable. Always pleasant, store is clean, music is great and Emily is the nicest person I ever met. She's been so helpful with all my phones. I used to go somewhere else but I only go to this store now.

Emily and Fallon were awesome. Answered all my questions and got me a new Galaxy Watch. That is my favorite store in Indianapolis.

The associate I worked with, Emily, was so incredibly kind and helpful in getting me set up with my new phone and making sure I had all of the accessories I needed.
