Remax is a wonderful company I have used this company in both TN and IN. Dana Wright is simply amazing in every aspect! If you want a 24-7 realtor that knows everything about Indy it's Dana. She's a local and has the most wonderful contacts and resources. She treats her customers like family and goes above and beyond during the whole process. She has positive attitude and is down to earth when dealing with clients. She is well respected in the industry as well. Scott and tevis were very professional. The process was quick and painless. They advised we wave inspection to get the bid on our house and we got it. We ended up paying 40g to get it the way we wanted but the wife loves the home. My only advice is if you don't have the money for repair get inspection but that's it. Scott sold our home in less than 8 hours and we closed our house and the other within 3 hours. Both were very nice we would recommend them both.

I'm from the Gulf Coast and was relocating to downtown Indianapolis for school and work. I had 34 days to find a house and move to Indianapolis. Luckily, I found Scott Chain on Google and began to work with him. He helped me find a house with everything I asked for within a day, and he was super responsive. We were back and forth and and offer on the house was accepted just a couple hours after we put it in. He was extremely personable and helped me with the entire process remotely. Since I wasn't able to view the house before I purchased it, he was nice enough to go out of his way to attend my home inspection for me and send me additional pictures and videos of the house. It was honestly a wonderful experience working with Scott, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We found and closed on the house in 31 days and everything happened just in time for me to move up to Indianapolis and begin work two days after closing!

We can't recommend Cheryl Sizmore enough! My husband and I were first time home-buyers and didn't know where to start. We were so glad to hear about Cheryl through a friend - she was a huge support as she showed us the ins and outs of home viewings and offers. Michelle Jackson is Brilliant! We have used Michelle in the past to purchase our home and based on that great experience, we of course called her when it was time to sell. From the initial point of contact to the closing and beyond Michelle is there each step of the way. Her knowledge and understanding of the real estate market are stellar. She knows exactly what a seller needs to do in order to sell their home but also let's you know when you don't need to spend money as well. Her attention to detail and pristine listing descriptions really put the finishing detail on what an awesome job she does. I was never afraid to text or call with a question and she always came back with an answer. We sold out house in one weekend and it went so smoothly!
