These donuts are not only huge, but delicious as well! I've only ordered donuts for delivery, so I haven't actually been in this establishment, but the service is always fast and in my experience when they are out of a certain kind of donut they will call and let you know what they do have, so you can pick your replacement. I much prefer this, than having them pick for me or worse, not replacing it at all. The one time this happened they even threw in an extra donut for the inconvenience. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I've tried a variety of donuts they offer and all of them have been extraordinary, with my favorite being the creme brulee! I'm convinced you can't go wrong with Dough Hook!

I love the crossiants of this place! They are so chewy and flaky I love them. And others breads look amazing as they are detailed. They can vary from cream and fruit or certain kinds of tasty donuts.

(French toast donut is good from what I remember and the chocolate ganache one is very chocolatey but tasty if you like that kind of thing and of course the Croissant too but that wasn’t available as a recommendation option—)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! I never considered myself a donut person before I discovered Dough Hook. They have so many flavors and all of them are equally delicious, I have yet to try a donut I didn’t like.

Not only do they have amazing donuts and cruffins, but I recently tried their sourdough loaf for the first time and absolutely fell in love. On Saturdays they have these absolutely massive loaves of fresh sourdough that is delicious when dipped in soup or sliced up to make grilled cheese.

The donut bar is pretty high for me. Pastries too. This place is legit, excellent quality with traditional flavors as well as new. Shout out Natasha who encouraged the Strawberry Cheesecake, which is one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Great service, good tunes in the background, looking forward to the next time in town. 👍

Ever since I learned about this place, I cannot stop coming here, and have become addicted. These donuts are like none others that you’ve tried before. I love going on Sundays and getting the tres leches donut, as it’s a Sunday special and has become my favorite pastry, but the rest are super delicious as well. I highly recommend trying them if you haven’t, promise you’ll find something to fall in love with.

This place is tucked out of the way but is a real treasure worth looking for. Too many usual and unusual donuts and pastries to try…already looking forward to my next visit.

Love this place! Was super excited to try the Horchata donut they were out of last time. They are so friendly and we're so nice to make me up a fresh horchata donut as they were out in the case but went the extra mile. Super appreciated that! Go early or order a day ahead or you will be disappointed. They sell out FAST for a reason. Favorites are the Vanilla Bean filled Cruffin and Creme Brulee Donut.

The donuts are HUGE, and they taste amazing, but the best thing is their Cruffin. We bought a Vanilla Bean Cruffin, and the pastry was moist, flakey, and melt in your mouth good, and what makes it better is that they filled it to the brim with vanilla bean custard.

Stopped by on my way to Portland from Eugene and they were getting ready to close so they only had creme brulee doughnuts available - glad that happened! The doughnuts were amazing! The "baker" finished the doughnuts right in front of me, adding the custard filling and then proceeding to torch powdered sugar on top (multiple times) to create the crisp, sugary, warm coating on top. Not only that, but since they were getting ready to close, he gave me an extra doughnut! Hopefully, the locals check this spot out because the doughnuts are phenomenal!

The flavor of these donuts are phenomenal. They are soft and so tasty. They are a bit expensive for a dozen but I would gladly pay for them again. Little shop in Salem. The staff are very helpful and give you awesome recommendations. You need to try the French toast donut it's amazing also the peanut butter mazapan it's unique in flavor my kids eat them all. They normally only eat the top of the donut but these they didn't even leave crumbs. 10 stars if I could give them that.

Ok, when I say I'm obsessed with these donuts, I mean OBSESSSED OBSESSED. I live about an hour and a half away, and I'm not kidding when I say that I have to frequently stop myself from driving all the way out to Salem for one (or, let's be honest, two).

These are literally THE BEST in the PNW, in my opinion. They're about the size of my hand and almost too pretty to eat. Not only are they beautiful, but they're SO FREAKING TASTY.

My favorites, if I had to choose, would be the custard filled cronut (croissant doughnut 🤤) and the passion fruit poppy seed. But honestly, they're ALL so good. My kiddos love the chocolate frosted sprinkle and the Oreo cookie, but literally, all of their flavors are out of this world. I have to drive to Salem tomorrow, and you bet your bottom dollar I'll be picking up a half dozen when I'm there.

Oh, and the prices are totally fair! (Unlike *some* doughnut places I've been to *cough* Blue *cough* Star.)

Ya'll need to support this business, because they need to stick around. I'm so serious.

If you love pastries or donuts, this cute little shop needs to be on your bucket list. Their donuts are made fresh every day, and their menu is full of mouth watering, intense flavors such as passion fruit, boysenberry, and peanut butter marzipan, to name a few. Their unique dough recipe is dense and not quite as delicate as a typical brioche; one donut will fill you up. They are a little pricey; be prepared to pay $3 for a donut. But these are quite a bit larger than average donuts and the amazing flavors make this a one of a kind treat. ALSO, you have to try their CRONUT!! A Croissant/donut hybrid that is Life Changing!!!

How in the holy cow of grace dis I miss this place for so long....I rarly go to Lancaster.
Friendly service and now, I go across town for these donuts.
The creme Brule donut is my favorite so far. The donut base is fluffy and light and they pay attention to flavor.
Seriously...this is worth battling the chaos of Lancaster area. You want a great donut, go here.

I knew they'd be good but this is insane. You know the book, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe? Well this place is definitely where the white witch got Turkish Delight. I literally never want to eat anything else but whatever these folks make. Voodoo Doughnuts, Blue Star, etc; all have NOTHING on Dough Hook. It's worth the drive from anywhere. You in New York? Worth the drive. On the moon? Worth the drive. Lordt, these are a religious experience. Catharsis in baked goods. Achieve it.

Absolutely delicious pastries and doughnuts! Everything was super fresh and tasty. They have a wide variety to choose from and a little something different for everyone. The staff was amazing, helpful and patient while we tried to narrow down what we wanted in our box of a dozen. Perfect place to go in the morning when you have a sweet tooth.

these doughnuts are my favorite, definitely the best place in town for a good doughnut. even ordering them through doordash, they came still warm and fresh.
