My daughter found a shirt that she had been searching for. Although I thought almost $50 was high for a t-shirt, I had to consider where we were shopping. She likes what she likes, and she was a happy girl...... Happy girl, happy mom! 😁 All in all, it was a good experience.

Eclectic place. All kinds of things to look at. My daughter had wanted to check it out for a long time (not from Indy), she was impressed and very happy! We will definitely return when we have more time!

I had a lovely experience with the staff but especially the checkout lady who’s name tag said Cam. She seemed a little upset however held it together to be professional as well as still over the top kind while you can tell she was not feeling the best unfortunately and for that I give her props. She was upset and still kind and professional and made sure I found everything ok.

I love it. Going to UO is such a vibe. I went in for a quick purchase for an event found what I needed in no time and the cashier was amazing.

It's expensive but worth it. They usually have a fun collection of clothes and my kid can't get enough. Honestly it's like walking back in time when I bought clothes as a 15 year old(90s). I guess that's why I'm ok with the price. Most of the team members are great, and they're pretty good about weeding out the loser employees because the parents expect a higher level of customer service(as they're the ones paying).

They have great stuff. Had to make a return but the item didn't fit right. They were busy even for mid afternoon on Feb 7th. Had an amazing experience when making the return😍!
