Wayne Township Fire Station 82

I want to personally thank #82 for the care they gave my wife when she got sick (again) after getting out of the hospital. They came to our house and the first thing they did was to shovel snow to make a pathway for the stretcher they had to bring into my house. I know it is probably something that they are trained to do, but I am very appreciative of that and every effort. My wife is a big fan of chicago fire, but we have a real indy fire right here, and every house is to be commended for the work they do. There are not enough stars.

An absolutely beautiful and stunning station!! Fun fact it has its own theater room, it is just so cool looking and there service is above and beyond!

Waiting for court in my car, and i see the fire department gets a emergency call whilst they are cleaning the truck. Tell me why did y’all take an additional 5 minutes to stop cleaning and go to the emergency? Felt very concerning in the moment. Not saying i don’t appreciate the fire department but this situation was kinda not nice to see tho.
