McDonald's

All menu and kiosk screens were operational. Clean, including men's restroom. Soda fountain machine. One of the nicer McDonald's locations I've visited.

Like other McDonald's, I'd recommend buying off the $1/$2/$3 menu. Sausage McMuffins and large colas are especially good deals. Besides the price, I'd *guess* $1/$2/$3 orders are also more likely to be filled quickly and correctly, compared to some less popular items.

It's a cashier that works here ..a black female with locs & omg she was so nice and helpful! I felt like i was at a 5 star restaurant when she brought the food out to our table!!! I didn't catch her name but she was so nice !

They've done a lot of work to that McDonald's on West 16th. Quite a few cars in line this morning for breakfast, but the line moved along at a very nice pace. Staff always friendly and food was nice and hot.

My choices below include: Dine in, Take out, and Delivery. I am going to assume using the drive thru is considered “take out”

But perhaps you should add that option.
It would provide additional data on the populations’ habits/norms and assist in determining which restaurants Have a drive thru.

The ladies running the drive-through are very friendly and professional. The food was warm and fresh.

I am so sad about all of the bad reviews. I have told my husband twice now that this is THE McDonalds to visit. They are prompt, the food is fresh and good, and the service is stellar. Thank you to the team for being so polite first thing in the morning. :)

This is what I love to do I like to be outside I enjoy doing Lawn Service mowing edging and trimming cleaning brushes up removing bushes cleaning flower beds and your maintenance we also do mulch and plant flowers

I love going to this McDonald's everyone is so friendly all the time the food is always fresh and hot and you get it fast I buy breakfast for me and my daughter there often they also have the best prices from any other McDonald's around the area!

Customer service food and everything was great they have this one young man who so Wonderful respectful and smart always helping me get my food faster

Great egg & cheese biscuit ever! Fresh & tasty with the right type of crisp to the hashbrown. Gage Atmosphere a 1 because I went through drive thru never stepped inside but had we did, I'm sure it was decent.

This McDonald’s is fantastic and properly managed. Bob does a great Job making sure customers are happy whether or not they had a bad experience or not. Great staff and quick service. This sits as a top tier McDonald’s on my chart. Especially after covid, it’s hard to find a fast food place that is properly ran. Kudos to Bob as his team on 16th street.

Fries weren't over salted, sweet tea was perfect, drive thru staff were very friendly and had a genuine smile on their faces.

I stop here most early mornings, all the staff are nice and friendly. I like the fact they always greet me, my oatmeal and coffee is fresh, and I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes.

It's nice they finally redesigned this particular McDonald's. They've got a more efficient and friendly staff and ordering ahead is easy with the app, you cut down the time in line since this one has the ordering kiosk. The children's play area is gone but I'm glad it is because it looks nicer without it. Less Germs floating around too!

Went here the night of November 22 and they had the nicest lady working the drive through. I did not catch her name, but she really lit up our night.

Everything was clean and well maintained my order was delivered to me quickly and I got everything I had ordered.
