Kid City USA - Meridian Park

I visited as the Easter bunny at Kid City USA, and I just had to come and write a review because the environment was SO peaceful. As a mother and someone who has worked in childcare, I'm so aware of how childcare is run. Every teacher here was gentle and kind. No voices were raised. The staff and teachers didn't force any child to go up to the Easter bunny if they were apprehensive, and they comforted the children so gently who were nervous about the bunny. Most of the kids were excited and confident as though they felt very secure there.
If I lived closer, I would love to have my daughter there in such a caring place.

We sent our son here from ages 5mo to 1 year. We had a very positive experience. The teachers were caring and attentive. Our son had some allergy concerns for a few months and all of the staff (teachers and directors) were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We consistently received notifications throughout the day for bottles, diaper changes, snacks, and sometimes pictures of our son playing which was always nice. Our son loves his teachers and we are grateful for Ms. Kristina and Ms. Amy in the infant room. We are leaving this daycare because we are moving to a new city. It will be challenging to find a replacement.

The caregivers at Kid City USA - Meridian Park are warm, welcoming, and most importantly, love my son. I am so grateful to have them as a working first time mama!

Our daughter has thrived at Kid City USA! The teachers and caregivers are kind, attentive, and care deeply for our daughter, and they are focused on helping her develop all of her foundational skills - it's a great place for us!

I have always had a great experience at Kid City USA. My granddaughter goes here and I’m in the center frequently.
I do highly recommend this center because I see great things happening here.

Reading the reviews sometimes makes me laugh. The disgruntled employee reviews are never a true telling story of what goes on in centers, they always seem to elevate things to the highest once they are terminated or leave for whatever reasons.

I’m a former director and would never allow my family to go to a center where I even thought something was happening.

The staff were very friendly and sweet to my little baby boy. He really enjoyed it there. It is a small space so you know everyone and everyone knows your kid. It is a great location among the residential part of the city.

I’ve had a great experience with this center. Ms. Dalasha is amazing! I’ll be so sad when we have to transition to a new school.

Ms,Chante I'm sorry your actions lead to your termination. That doesn't give you the right to slander the names of the good people or the center. I've been in childcare for 30 plus years. It's a passion for me and others that you've involved in your mess and it's not okay. You left the center that day without your children because you know it's a safeplace. Things didnt work in your favor because of YOUR actions, dont blame the center for your wrong doing.

Such a cute facility! My son attended for the summer and loved it. His teachers were great, and the owner was so kind and accommodating!

Our family loves Kid City USA! The staff is amazing, the building is newly renovated and always spotlessly clean! As a first time mom, naturally, I was worried about where to send our daughter. Holly and Kristy made us feel right at home- I’m so relieved to have found this place!

This was the second daycare I had tried for my infant as I wasn’t satisfied with the first. But after receiving a tour of the facility I knew I had found our place! I enjoy how warm the staff is to my infant and love the creative curriculum. It’s so great to see an infant room that focuses on activities, character building, and safe practices. As a first time mom I feel sound at work leaving my little one here.

Holly, Kristy and their staff are so warm and welcoming. I took a tour of their brand new facility and couldn't help but fall in love with the personal touch they show and attention to detail of the curriculum and cleanliness of their entire building. Kid City USA- Meridian Park location in Indianapolis IN is absolutely phenomenal and hands down a 5 Star facility! We are thrilled with the level of care provided by all the staff members. Lola has learned so much in just two weeks!!! I’m so grateful I can relax leaving my child in the hands of these care givers while I go to work. The school is beautiful, the staff is amazing AND safety and security for the children is the #1 priority. As a parent you couldn’t really ask for more for your child.
