Was driving on Crawfordsville and my horn would not stop honking. Pulled into 500 Automotive and asked for help. Ed immediately gave me a quick fix and fixed my bumper and they didn't charge me a cent.

I am so grateful for their kindness in an emergency. Will definitely be going back when my car has more issues!! Thank you so much!!

500 Auto offers highly skilled and honest repairs at a fair price. Ed went above and beyond to diagnose a starting problem I have had with my 2015 Acura ILX for almost a year. He has a lot of knowledge about Honda's and Acura. Ed works harder to find the problem than the dealers do. He won't tell you the car needs things repaired that it doesn't.

Ed has been fixing cars for 175 year's. Which is amazing because cars have only been around for 125 or so. Pj has been helping him almost the whole time. When they start to sing ,you better sit down and enjoy the show.

Ed is great but pj is greater. The rumor is Ed keeps the endangered Barn owl in his beard and pj sings like an angel. And they fix cars too.

Ed and his staff provide excellent service on my SL 500 2003 Benz. Very knowledgeable and very personable of communicating what needs to be done. Dependable and transparent.
