Property manager has been stealing our deposits, refunds from laundry losses. Also not doing ANYTHING about cockroach infestation that coming from 2 Apts. Baby cockroaches crawl out of electrical outlets, across kitchen sink.its Totally disgusting to have to live this way. Property manager wants 100% honesty, but everything out of her mouth is a damn lie and we are sick of it!

Notified office staff of having no air conditioning on 8/28/23, here is is 9/6/23 and still have no air conditioning. It’s been 90-92 degrees where I live, apartment has been 82-86 degrees without air. Maintenance left a mobile unit in my apartment, that leaked water inside my apartment, notified maintenance and his response was “ it’s just water.” Spent 2 hours cleaning water up with no help from office. Apartment smells like mildew now, and staying a steady temp of 82-86. Still waiting on corporate to approve quote to get air fixed.

Their apartments are covered in black mold and they ignore it. Their solution to the problem is to paint over it.

Just wanted to once again let every know that they are slumlords and thieves. If you don’t want to take my word for it, try living at a property they manage and you’ll know yourself..
