I have been going to Glendale Dental Associates for years. Dr. Cho and his team have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The reception area staff is super welcoming, and I've never waited more than a few minutes to be called into my appointment. I especially like the new text feature that reminds me about appointments. It's really convenient!

I now live on the other side of town but still make the 30 minute drive to their office because I am so pleased with their service.

Update on 5/6/21: I brought my toddler here for her first appointment. We talked about going to the dentist and all that it would entail about a week before the visit. Hillary and Dr. Vaughn were so fantastic, ensuring she had a positive, first visit to the dentist. We will definitely be back and use Glendale Debtal Associates for our entire family.

I appreciate that I almost never have a wait. I sit down in the waiting room and am almost instantly called back. The staff is friendly and efficient, just what I want when I visit the dentist.

I had my first visit yesterday and was amazed at how professional everyone there was. I felt comfortable there. They explained to me everything that they were doing before they did it. Dr. Cho was very nice and very gentle. I will now look forward to going to the dentist here!! I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office.

I have had two fantastic experiences at Glendale Dental. The front desk staff, assistants, hygienists and dentist are all friendly and patient. When I brought my three-year-old in with my for my appointment, they took the time to explain the cleaning process to her. They did such a good job that she wanted to get her teeth cleaned too, and so they made room in their schedules to do it there on the spot! When I got three fillings at once, the process was quick, efficient and virtually painless.

My 10 + year old crown fell off and my dentist is located out of state. The staff was very helpful and scheduled a next day appointment for me once they determined that I had no pain. Dr. Chou took care of it in very little time. He is competent and charming. The whole staff was friendly and helpful and the facility itself is very attractive.

The best dentist experience I have ever had. The staff and Dr. Cho are amazing, warm, inviting, and, genuine. I can say my anxiety surrounding going to the dentist has subsided after switching to Glendale Dental Associates. Every person I have had an encounter with there was amazing. I am grateful to have found them and appreciate Dr. Cho and each and ever one of the staff for making me feel welcome and my visits stress free.

I’ve been going to Glendale dental for over 10 years. Yesterday I had an implant procedure and dr. Cho and his staff made the appointment as comfortable as possible. If you’re looking for a reputable Family owned dentistry, this is the spot for you; amazing staff, impeccable dentistry work, and extremely clean facility. After their renovations a few years ago, I LOVE coming into their office, The feng shui is on point! So welcoming & pleasantly designed with the patient in mind 🙂👍🏼

I have only been to 3 dentists in my life. Dr Jones back in the day was the dentist, hygienist and receptionist. His diligent care to all of my family was so appreciative. Dr Cho and his staff give that same high level experience. Dr Cho actually takes the time to listen to his patients, staff is very efficient. All the hygienists are kind and educate their patients with tips and tools to better oral care.

Had a great first visit here. They were thorough and very professional. They didn't receive my X-rays ahead of time from my previous dentist, but were flexible when I told them I had a copy of them in my email. I sent them as I was getting setup. Much better than having to pay for a new set of X-rays.

Very cautious and conservative with your teeth, which is a great approach to dental care.

I just saw Dr. Cho for the first time as a new patient today. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming! My hygienist did a great job of explaining their process and kept me comfortable the entire visit. The office is gorgeous inside, everything seemed meticulously clean, and my chair even had a built-in massager running throughout my exam! It was apparent that my health and comfort were the staff's only concerns, which is why they have made a life-long patient out of me.

I always get in quickly and everyone is friendly and caring.
The doctor is great and I have never had any issues with anything, even when I might not agree with what is to be done. :)

I’ve been going to Dr. Vaughn for over 20 years. She is great with providing good recommendations, advice, and treatments and never tries to sell me on things! The hygienists also do such great work and make my mouth feel so clean!

Summary: Dr. Jin Cho and the entire staff are efficient, friendly, and serious about your dental care. You'll be in good hands!

Details: I visited Dr. Cho twice: first for a checkup, and several weeks later for some fillings. I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time. The staff and Dr. Cho were compassionate and accommodating. After about fifteen minutes, I realized that nobody at the office was going to lecture me about avoiding the dentist, and I stopped feeling bad about it. The dental hygienist did a great job. Both she and Dr. Cho were friendly and thorough while discussing my dental health and treatment plan. The front desk team was able to provide an estimate for my proposed treatment plan, which was very helpful in deciding when and how to schedule the next appointment.

My follow up visit to fill my cavities went just as well as my initial checkup. Again, the dental assistant and Dr. Cho were compassionate. They frequently asked me whether I felt okay and assured me that everything was going well. Dr. Cho's work was focused, precise, and quick. He filled all five cavities in less than an hour (although I think mine were pretty small, so it might have taken a bit longer if they had been bigger).

I happily scheduled a six-month checkup and will be glad to see Dr. Cho again in November!

Our entire family goes to Glendale Dental. There have been several occasions where they have really saved us. You don't know how much you need a good reliable dentist on your side until you have an emergency.

Dr. Cho and his staff are amazing. They are friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and always welcoming.

I was terrified of the dentist, I avoided it for like three years. But, my fiancé recommended Glendale Dental Associates and promised that they would be nice. It is true. EVERYONE was super nice. The receptionist was very nice and patient with me and went above and beyond to look for my dental insurance information. The dental hygienist was super sweet and patient with my cleaning (I have a very sensitive mouth). She made sure I felt comfortable. I also learned a lot about the condition of my mouth and how to take care of it. I will be coming back. Thank you so much!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cho for about 10 years now, and I would never go anywhere else. My 3 year old son is now starting his dental care there, and I have been so happy with how gentle and patient they are with him! Jessie spent 30 minutes with him just making him feel comfortable with the equipment and chair. We're still working up to a full cleaning, but I'm confident that he's making such good memories that he won't mind going back in 6 months. In addition, the recently remodeled office is gorgeous, they are ALWAYS running on time, and you can tell Dr Cho keeps up with the latest practice guidelines. I have never been disappointed!

Thanks for the wonderful experience over the years. Myself and my entire family get our dental care from such excellent professionals. I have gotten to know them over the years and they have become part of my family. My daughter has been with Dr. Cho since she was about 4-5, she is 13 now. We recently had to change to a new dentist due to insurance, but I would highly recommend his office to anyone looking for their child or themselves. The office staff is friendly, most of the office staff have been there for years and they make you feel like family. We will truly miss Glendale Dental.
