H and G Movers

These guys are the best! Ultra professional and highly skilled movers. They were fast, very strategic with packing and careful with each piece of furniture. They also wrapped my items and tied things down into the moving truck. Best moving experience I have ever had! Hire them you will be glad you did!

These movers were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time and operated like machines. They were extremely careful and coordinated and packed everything efficiently and in less time than I expected. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!!!

It was 12 degrees on a 4th floor apt and a 1000 sqft apt.. they did it in 2 hours! Edmond and Everett did an amazing and efficient job and did it with a smile. I really appreciate their help and would recommend them anytime.

H and G Mover’s were everything I hoped for, but didn’t necessarily expect. I’ve moved 3 states in 6 years and these guys were the best. I asked them to be at my house at 8:00am, they pulled into the driveway at 7:55am. I was only needing help with the larger items (couches, beds, washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.) and they had it all neatly loaded and protected in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

My mother and I moved from CT to Indiana & my mother chose H and G because of the amazing reviews. I had to write my own review because of how amazing these gentlemen were. They were scheduled to show up for 9am & they were here earlier than that! All three gentlemen were deaf & did their absolute best to communicate with us & read our lips. They emptied out our 26 foot uhaul in just TWO hours! they were very polite and very eager to work and get the job done. they even went out of their way to read the labels on our boxes and place the items where they were labeled. they had smiles on their face the whole time and worked very efficiently. they were extra careful with our belongings and made sure everything was good to go before departing. i would recommend them every single time. thank you so much!

I only have one word for this group of movers, WOW! I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and attention to detail. Robert, tony, Christian and Everett were by far the best movers i’ve ever seen (and Ihave hired many movers in my day). If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!!

I have used H&G twice now. Once for a move-in (unload) and today for a move-out (load). These guys are the GREATEST!!! They are all deaf, but communicating is not an issue. I was happy to use my basic ASL skills. They are so quick, efficient, professional, and kind. They truly seem to love their job and I’d hire them again and again. Highly recommend!!

We had Tony and Kyle and I cannot express how great they were! They were prompt, went above and beyond to help us get the truck parked in a spot. They worked very hard and efficiently, and managed to load all of my things into a 20’ truck, even as it became obvious that I underestimated what truck size I would need. They were very nice, protected all of my belongings, and tied everything down in the truck for my long drive. The best moving experience I’ve ever had, hands down. They knew exactly what they were doing and were absolutely fantastic. Totally recommend!

I had used H&G Movers a couple of years ago to help me move from out of state and I didn’t hesitate to have them help again for this local move. They loaded (it was like a beautiful game of Tetris) and then unloaded truck in just about three hours - and this is moving from a third-floor apartment to a two-story home. I was hugely impressed with not only how quickly they got my things moved but how careful they were as well! Highly recommend.

My teenage son & I moved to a new city & we used H&G to help unload. Uhaul delayed my pickup by 1 1/2 hours & the movers were very understanding. The men that helped us were Robert & Tony. We had reserved their help for 2 hours but they finished in 45 minutes! They really cared about making sure the big stuff went where I wanted it&were very careful too. They were incredibly nice & empathetic to an already stressful day & I couldn't have done it without them!

I needed help unloading my 12' box truck when moving into my 2-bedroom on the 3rd floor. H&G came through: I had to change the appointment by a day and it was no issue, they gave me 25% off per the "pandemic", and their two laborers worked non-stop with a good attitude. Most impressive was how they quickly but carefully got around the narrow staircase. H&G cost a touch more than the competition but 0 issues and nothing broken/scratched. Highly recommend.

I work for a moving company in Dallas. I drove a customer's furniture from Dallas to Indianapolis. We hired H and G Movers to unload the truck in Indianapolis.

Robert, Stanley, Edmund & DJ. They were friendly hardworking guys. Made my job easier.

We hired H and G Movers to load a 26 foot truck. We were certain all of our belongs (4 bedroom house, 2 sectionals, washer dryer, etc.) would not fit but the 2 movers were amazing! They packed the truck tight and full with no wasted space. They showed up on time, jumped right in to working and didn't stop till it was finished. We wish we could have used them at our final destination for unloading but we moved long distance and drove the truck ourselves. We would definitely recommend using this moving company.

I moved from out of state driving a uhaul and towing a truck. Both filled to the max. I had trouble getting to my new home and H and G were able to reschedule for the following day. Amazing... Those guys unloaded everything and placed furniture where I needed and never took a break. I kept asking. Never dinged a wall or door frame. Done in 2 1/2 hours or so. They were great.

Welcome to my honest review of H and G Movers. I requested 3 movers for 3 hours to load my U-Haul with arrival time between 12-1PM on a weekday. Rose (who scheduled my request) was great. She has a great personality and is very helpful on the phone and in text message. On moving day the three people showed up at 12:15 pm. Which was very prompt given my requested time. They were very careful of my boxes and belongings. I have a 4 piece sectional that is my "baby". They treated it with care. Each item was wrapped and protected. They even asked to make sure the protection was satisfactory. I normally don't give 5 stars but H and G deserve it. Professional in every way. The truck was packed tight and to my knowledge nothing was broken (tho still unpacking as of this post). If you are in the Indianapolis or Fort Wayne area and need help moving anything. These uniformed professionals can handle the job. I definitely would use again if needed.

Joshua and Spencer are amazing! They are very quick to unload and are always communicating on where you want things put. They put the customers needs first. I will definitely be using them again!

Just had these guys come to my house to help me swap out an old washer and dryer with a new one (in our basement). They were available swiftly (actually same day), and the two guys did an amazing and fast job!! Rose was the customer service representative that I worked with, and she was fun, personable, and professional. Really great experience all around!!

Ron and his crew did a fantastic job with our move today. They organized what was going to storage and what to the apartment, loaded the truck and protected the fragile items. They worked hard and steady for nine hours, ending the day moving our last items into a third floor apartment. They were professional and friendly and I will be calling them again in a few months when the new house is ready.

A+++++++! They did a great job. Showed up right on time. Fast and efficient. Polite and handled our stuff with care. Great customer service. Very nice guys and we highly recommend them to anyone! Will use them again if/when we ever need movers.
