I cannot express how wonderful every single person working here was. They were always very kind and helpful during any interaction. I would come back just for that! It is the best Woodspring we have stayed in.

The rooms themselves were very clean and smelled nice. They were quite spacious and had plenty of lighting. It could use updates, but overall perfectly fine.

Guest laundry was working and appreciated after being on the road for a while.

The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Pillows were a bit sad but usable.

Overall, great stay! I'll be choosing here if I am ever in the area for work again!

This hotel rocks!!! Staff bent over backwards to help me. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Rooms are very clean. I didn't see any trash on the floor or outside. There is coffee 24/7 and it's very quiet. No alarms going off and no fire trucks coming. The parking lot is full when I get off work at 2am, best of all I done smell pot!!

Staff is so so nice and everything was clean! Great experience during busy solar eclipse weekend.

I am currently living in Texas. Everytime I travel to Michigan to visit my daughter I stop to sleep in Indianapolis. I recommend it!!!

TLDR: This hotel is great. I would for sure stay there again. It was a bit rough when we first got there, but Management has done a LOT of work to address problems that had surfaced (problems which were mainly due to the nature of guests, not because of the hotel itself). We were amazed at the fast transformation and resolution. The place became home by the end of our 3 month stay (Jun-Aug 2020) - and we were sad to leave!

My wife and I lived in this hotel while I worked construction at local pharmaceutical plant. The management (Jamie) was great and personable, ready to address needs of guests with such fabulous customer service. The staff members were always nice and committed to their jobs (sometimes going above and beyond at times, like showing care to the kids of guests). Every time I saw the manager or her staff interacting with guests, it was always with much kindness and respect.

As mentioned, there were some rough conditions at first. Guests struggling with drug habits produced quite a pot smell throughout the hotel, caused the fire alarm to go off at inconvenient times, and occasionally engaged in loud scuffles with other guests. Earlier in our stay we witnessed several intense interactions (please note that we never felt unsafe ourselves, but were often worried about how the intense interactions may development among those involved). Eventually, we expressed concern to the manager, and she was so understanding and very proactive regarding these concerns. She WANTED them resolved and appreciated feedback that could help her do just that. Law enforcement also assisted, but not in a way that made public displays of anything. Management and law enforcement were kind to guests, but also serious about keeping out inappropriate behaviors. Also, someone made a comment about this hotel being a halfway house. I don't know if that's true, but there were a couple of guests who were in recovery -- and those individuals were actually one of the highlights of our stay. Only those who did drug habits "in the dark" seemed to create problems, and those have been addressed, and when they occasionally surface (because lets face it -- you can't screen people when they check in a hotel), they are continually addressed. There may still be an occasional smell of pot -- sometimes outside, and sometimes even inside -- but If people are caught smoking in the rooms, they are usually kicked out with no refund. I CAN'T OVER-EMPHASIS HOW FAST THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE HOTEL CHANGED FOR THE BETTER DURING OUR 3 MONTH STAY.

Other Positives: The hotel recently opened, so the rooms were very nice and all the appliances are new. The shower always had HOT water. They use Hookless brand shower curtains and the Arc shower curtain rod, so the shower feel roomy. There is plenty of parking space. The bed was comfortable, as was the couch. Covid-19 measures have been put in place (like hand sanitizer dispensers by the doors).

Some Negatives: There is a "desk" in the room, but it's at an awkward height that is too tall for use while sitting, but too short for use while standing. But, not too big of an issue unless you do lots of computer work.

I will admit that working on night shift and sleeping during the day was a bit of a struggle. Of course, some of this is to be expected. And the hotel staff tried really hard not to interrupt us during the day. However, housekeeping either didn't always get the memo or forgot. BUT, in their defense, we should have put a reminder on the door. The staff members were super intentional about working around our schedule.

Things we are not able to review: The LG TV is nice, but we never used it. We had all our own kitchen utensils, so I can't speak to the options the hotel has for sale. We never tested the pull-out section of the couch, so not sure if it's comfortable or not.

Overall we enjoyed out stay, and if we're ever back in the area for work, this will be my first choice!

The staff here is amazing, all of the girls were nice with a good since of humor, I felt really comfortable staying here. Very quiet and clean. There is no breakfast but I went to dollar tree and walmart witch is very convenient, and bought me some breakfast to cook. I felt like I was in my own home.

Very good Hotel, weekly rates are very reasonable and the rooms are very clean and quiet. I have recently had to stay in a couple hotels while get a housing situation settled and this is by far the best hotel.

Said there pet friendly and have doggy station around but when you get here there's no pets allowed that's bull
