Professionalism and high quality work from start to finish. The crew of Michael, Mike, Austin, Frank, Ron and Eddy were very thorough and exceptional to work with installing new windows. Their quality of work displayed was 5 star! Very happy and will refer anyone I talk to, to Indiana Quality.

We had 3 regular entry doors replace plus a sliding glass door changed to an entry door with side lights. Chet and David were great, very professional. Arrived by 9:30am and got started right away, had all 4 doors installed plus 4 storm doors and everything cleaned up by 4:00pm. I will be calling and asking for Chet and David again when we get ready to do the windows and siding. Also. they were great with our dog Gus following them around.

Chet and Elick, did a fantastic job installing our French doors. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, their attention to detail was great, their workmanship and skills were excellent! They were professional and respectful at all times. We are very happy with how beautiful our new French doors look and it's all because of these two guys! Thank you so much for a job well done!

The technicians, Ron and Mike, arrived on time giving me ample notice of their exact arrival time. They did a wonderful job installing our new windows and left no mess to be cleaned up. I very much appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Everything turned out beautifully.

Excellent customer care to the point of taking care of communications with the window supplier who was a nightmare to work with. Nita, the office manager, is great, and the install teams were great as well (Frank, Austin, Mike T., and Mike W.) I highly recommend this company!

Frank & Austin arrived on time, they were to install three new windows. Unfortunately, one of the windows was damaged during shipping. Frank & Austin installed the the two good windows quickly and did some real quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mark D did an outstanding job installing my new patio door. Mark was also honest enough to inform me that a trim piece split when nailing to the wall, and offered to come back and replace. I am very pleased with the job Mark did. He cleaned up and took all the packing material and old door with him.

SO happy that Indiana Quality made our door right! Initial installation was not good and we were getting air leakage, but when Chet come and fixed the installation mistakes, it was absolutely great. Paid attention to all the details so that our door fits absolutely perfectly now. Thanks, Indiana Quality!!

Frank and Austin installed an upstairs window in my home. They did a fine job. They completed the job in a timely but not hurried manner. I haven't had much luck with contractor's over the years but these guys I think have helped me turn the corner.

Indiana Quality did an exceptional job in installing cedar shake siding on our house. Their installers were prompt, professional, and friendly, and their office staff was incredible. We highly recommend!

I got estimates from them, Lowe's and pella, I didn't exactly get the same sliding door at each place. Indiana quality gave me an estimate for 3 doors so I could choose. I chose the middle priced option. They were able to explain the door brands/models and differences better which I found helpful. Indiana quality was priced well and workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Chet and David were absolutely great to work with. At no fault of their own, we had an order issue for our front door with the vendor. At the moment we didn’t have a working front door, they insisted to get our existing door in working condition before leaving. When our order was resolved we had them again as the contracted installers. They were professional, patient, and understanding of all our questions and concerns. They did great quality work, and made a horrible outside vendor experience more bearable. Will for sure be calling them directly for any future services.

Mark Doolittle did an amazing job of installing our front door. He was very conscientious about the cold temperatures that day and did what he could to prevent the cold air from invading the rest of our home. His attention regarding details was impressive. I don’t think we have ever had anything installed in our home with as much precision. He is an excellent reflection of your company!

Frank, Austin, Mike W., and Michael did a quick and quality job with installing 2 basement windows that we had issues with of prior getting installed. Would rec Indiana Quality to family and friends.
