This is the most conscientious and thoughtful property management company I have ever dealt with. Tana is my main contact. She went the extra mile to take good care of me and my family as we moved in and got settled into our new home. She has continued to be consistently responsive and reliable as various issues and needs have arisen. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for a response when I have texted her. I feel fortunate and grateful to be in this home knowing that Tana and her team have my back.

I would very much like to give a huge thank you and shout out to my Property Manager Sarah Gonzalez (and her assistant Tana Schick) from Bell Realty. I have been occupied my rental for almost 20 years. In all that time, up until Bell took over the actual property management, have I ever had such considerate and prompt and dependable help with several issues that I’ve had to deal with for years all on my own. Their professionalism and attention to detail has been excellent and it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with them. I was in a really rough place when I finally came upon the perfect apartment for me. I applied and Alisa S. with Bell immediately got in contact with me. She was so kind and accommodating. I felt like all of my questions were answered to the absolute best of her ability. When we toured the apartment she gave me tons of advice and it didn't feel like she was trying to push me signing a lease onto me. I really enjoyed my experience working with Alisa, I would really recommend requesting to work with her.

Our companies do business with Bell Real Estate (other company is Bonn Roof Care). These folks do their best to take care of their clients & tenants needs as quickly as possible & the best solution available. Sarah Gonzalez and her team are a very friendly & confident team to work with.

I have been working with Brian for the last 7 years, and during that time I have had nothing but great experiences with his management style. He gets the work done, he is organized, and does everything he can to be cost effective. He is patient when money is tight on the landlords side, but takes care of the tenants as well. It has been such a pleasure working with Brian, I am sad to lose him as a property manager (property sold), but I know he treats his clients well on all sides.

I rented through bell for the last 5+ years.. today helped me realize their maintenance department rocks, all Maintenance requests have been answered promptly. All of their maintenance staff is very friendly and get their jobs and the company said they contract through are also highly qualified

We had the pleasure of working with Mackenzie at Bell and she was awesome! She was super accommodating and it definitely felt like she went above and beyond to help us get into a rental that fit our needs. We have already had an awesome experience with the move in process and are looking forward to working with this property management company. I have been renting from them for 5 years and they are simply the best. The property manager Brett is a great guy and always quick to help. Also when I go into the office various different times, I'm greeted by the most lovely receptionist. Her name is Anya and she is an angel sent from the Lord. She is always smiling and super nice. She makes paying rent something to look forward to! Great people and great service.

I am not a tenant, yet. I did just help my friend move into a Springfield unit with Bell Real Estate and she had an overall good experience. She was declined at first, but Bell actually told her the reason why she was declined and allowed her to correct delinquent accounts that caused the issue (Bright Apartments doesn't do that at all because they don't charge an application fee until you move into the unit). As a result, her first choice was filled, but that was okay because Bell put her in a different unit right away and processed everything based on that initial application. She paid an application fee of 50.00 and I heard really good things about how Cathy made things work for her. Like she worked with her and was patient even though an e-mail of proof of payment for the stuff that was getting her denied was having technical difficulties. I've been looking for an apartment and to be honest the website and app is way better on my phone to check for listings than Emerald, Metco or Umbrella. They update often and accurately. The only problem is so many people are applying (sometimes 5-13 applicants in the first day of listing) that everyone seems to appreciate the app as well and makes it quite difficult to be first. Look, I get some of you have had bad experiences or whatever but my friend talked to me about her rental agreement. It was strict! She said she had to check the website to see if she got fined for parking in the wrong spot and stuff, but they let her know about this before moving in and she is okay with it. Yeah, she will be bummed if she gets charged but she knows what not to do to avoid fees now. Overall I am applying to Bell Real Estate and hope to move into that place soon based on my friend's good experience. There must be a lot of people who agree with my friend and I because I know a lot of people are applying to live there as well (I call a lot asking). I've left a voicemail with Cathy and she returned my call the same day when I inquired about how many applicants to the listed units and also the receptionist usually lets me know too. So, whatever guys. I'm jealous of my friend's apartment, it was clean, spacious, up-to-date and also extremely affordable (under $600.00). Just hope to get one of my own soon. :)

I’ve not yet rented from Bell, but I’ve been very impressed with the guidance I have received in successfully negotiating this fiercely competitive rental market. I most particularly want to praise listing agent Lori, who has gone above and beyond in helping me understand both the options and the process.

In one day she emailed back, thoroughly, to each of my questions sent in SEVEN different emails. She was kind, she was patient, and she was thorough.

There are tricks to this rental trade, I’m finding, and it’s so wonderful and trust-inspiring when someone takes the time to explain them — and to provide kind reassurance — as Lori has for me.

I rented from Bell for over 3 years. The experience was great. I only had a few maintenance requests over the time, but they were handled promptly and courteously. Move out went smoothly, and the deposit was returned as expected. They even contacted me about a couple of items left behind and made sure I could get them.
I'd recommend them to friends looking to rent.
