So glad we still have a hot topic in salem, and love when they have sales on awesome items I ordered myself an awesome pair of boots 😁 only thing is the ship to store felt like it took wayy too long to get items

The Rock Boxx is a great place for climbing practice, working out. The staff are very competent and friendly; they are always ready to give pointers and advice on climbing, as are the clients themselves. All this makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

Our local hot topic at the Salem center is run by a wonderful team of folks who genuinely care about people and embrace alt fashion and ideals. Need plus sizes? Or need help with something in terms of accessibility? They got you -- and if they don't have it in store, they can either ship it for in-store pickup or straight to your home. I don't usually review big businesses, but the actual PEOPLE here are well worth the visit and are all-around amazing.

Serenity was absolutely wonderful helping my grandson out. It was his first visit to Hot Topic and Serenity made his visit extra special. We will definitely go back soon. Wonderful staff, very kind and loving!

Small, overcrowded, with common items. Usually overpriced. High star rate is so it can be seen. Nice shirts, jewelry will decay quickly, and most Novelty items relating to Naruto, harry Potter, Jujutsu Kaisen, Bleach, One Piece, etc are all severely overpriced for items you'll have to glue/stitch back together.

The people that work here are the nicest humans I've ever met! They are all so friendly. This is my favorite hot topic!

i think seeing someone in the reviews calling hot topic "goth" and in the same breath requesting they not carry band merch anymore may be the funniest thing i've seen all day. other than that, this hot topic is great! staff is always super sweet & helpful, often cooler looking than other folks in other shops. i appreciate them!

Small and limited selection compared to some other locations but every employee we have dealt with has been great. On this last trip I was very happy to find their pride collection and couldn't resist buying a few adorable pieces for my daughter.

What a great store to find band t-shirts and other clothes to get ready for concerts.

Ive been to alot of hot topics and generally the presentation is so so and can feel very crowded. But this one had lots of different genre and selection. Was looking for a specific tshirt of a band and found it immediately with the also amazing customer service. Will definitely be coming here for sure . Thank you!!!

I was so pleased with my experience at Hot Topic at the Salem store! The employees went above and beyond! They did everything thing they could to help me find pops I was looking for. Helpful, and so kind!! A+ Thanks to the ladies for all of your help. Awesome!

My daughter loves this store. It's a little store which I dont really like , but I will keep taking my daughter there. The staff is amazing. Great job Hot topic on your customer service.

The manager Mary and Jewels are incredible! Some of the best customer service. Always friendly, always trying to go out of their way to help. I’m a regular and go out of my way to shop on days that they are there because of their awesome customer service !!!

Love Hottopic period. I never know what I'm going to find, every time I go into the store. The plus for me, is they sell the Funko Pop figures. The main complaint I have, is the shirts and other clothing items, are a little over prices. I mean who wants to pay $20 to $25 dollars for a graphic shirt. When you can go to Wal-Mart and by graphic shirts for literally half the price.

There was tons of different types of things from collectables to even backpacks and bags. Theres so much variety in fandoms. There was anime stuff, I pop stuff, Crystals and gems, Music stuff, and a whole bunch of other things. This is probably the best place to buy pop dolls too.

My 14 year old bought some shirts off of the clearance section that were buy one get two free! The employees are very helpful and willing to help you!

Friendly service, I purchased a gift for my husband since he's a Batman fan. LOL My daughter was able to find a video game-themed blanket for her boyfriend.

Great shirts! I use them on a daily basis! Favorite place for shirts and aesthetics!

Daughter loves this place. Staff is super friendly. Selection is really good. There is something for everyone here.

Extra fun staff. Professional, and engaging. Wound up getting three t-shirts for the Hubby. All former members of Drag Race. My, how things change.
