This is the best dentist and staff I have been to. A trip to the dentist years ago, especially growing up, was a white knuckle experience even for simple cleaning. I enjoy visiting with everyone and know that I am getting great care from a warm, caring, and friendly dentist and staff.

I went to their Eugene office yesterday. My new upper denture was hurting my mouth and needed some adjustments. I was helped by Brandie and she was amazing!! She knew exactly what was needed to make it comfortable and correct. Definitely knows her stuff! Adjustments were fast and efficient. Was in and out in only 15 minutes.. 10 out of 5 stars, would definitely recommend

SmileAlive remedied my fear of the dentist and provides superb dental care from compassionate and very kind people. I strongly recommend Dr. Baarstad to anyone hesitating to get work done- she will treat you with respect and performs quality dental work. I have no complaints and have spent a good amount of time there.

Just got my teeth cleaned again at SmileAlive Dentistry in Crescent Village. Everyone in the office, including the dentist, the hygenists, the dental assistants and office staff have been kind, friendly, and very good at their jobs! Thank you!

Dr. Baarstad is wonderful, I highly recommend her and her staff. Beautiful facility with high tech equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Relaxing atmosphere with a TV monitor in the ceiling to watch soothing ocean movies. Great location just off Coburg Rd. She even has hours in Springfield at her second office.

Love Dr. Baarstad! Staff is so friendly. My hygienist Kris was fast and thorough! I have brought my son with me the last two cleanings and they have treated us like family. Fin(the office doggo) is so precious and friendly. Love it here, highly recommend ❤

Absolutely wonderful place to go to for dentistry. Tammy is an amazing hygienist. Kind, thoughtful and caring. Dr. Barstow is very kind and calming. I can't say enough about them.

I unfortunately have had a lot of dental needs the past few years and would not think of going anywhere else. Dr. Baarstad and her staff are so competent, kind, and efficient, and always make this big baby feel at ease at the dentist.

They are super friendly and there is a cute therapy dog. I never have to wait very long and they always have appointments available. They were able to fix a few fillings that were poorly done from a previous dentist and I've had no problems since.

I’ve been going to Smile Alive for many years. The providers are always on time, very welcoming and friendly and provide great service. They are very skilled and are great at explaining what they’re doing. They always have time to answer questions. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Smile Alive! Chris is my hygienist and she is so wonderful. The whole staff is very professional yet very personable. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It was cold in the room and I mentioned it. Amanda brought me a blanket! It was perfect. Dr. Baarstadt always checks my teeth after Chris is through cleaning my teeth.

If you are looking for a calm, gentle dentistry experience, I recommend this practice. Most important and most missing key to healthcare is having a doctor and team who listens, and respects patient’s experience. I have a lot of sensitivities that make dental work very difficult. I felt heard and my anxiety around dental work subsided by the end of my first appointment. Thankful I found Smile Alive!

Dr. Baarstad and Brandie did an excellent job yesterday! They educated, were patient with my questions and gave me the support we all want while in the dental chair. I felt confident that they would do exactly what was needed, and they did!

The entire staff at SmileAlive makes going to the dentist a joy. From check in to having my teeth cleaned and having fillings. - everyone is terrific.
My hygienist, Terri has such a gentle hand and gives pain injections so carefully that I hardly felt it all.
The dentist, Dr. Baarstad is wonderful. She explains everything she does and the results are perfect.

A very friendly staff. They were more than helpful and patient while explaining all of my treatment options. They were able to thoroughly explain my insurance benefits to Mae and answer all of my questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Barstaad for a number of years and I have always left the dental office satisfied with the quality of dental work she does. She is very personable and always makes me feel comfortable...even though going to the dentist is never fun. Every single time I go to there, the staff is very caring, professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable...they make me smile.

Furthermore, the clinic itself is bright and beautifully decorated with wonderful art pieces and I have never had a problem parking either because there is always many parking spaces available.
