Kevin and Ashley made this experience very easy and stress free. Their kind, thoughtful guidance was appreciated. They were forthcoming with all of our questions also. I would highly recommend this mortuary and kind staff.

Easily the best mortuary in town. Took wonderful care of me and my family when my great grandmother passed a couple years ago. Can’t be beat.

My family had a great experience with this mortuary. Our stepfather passed and the staff could not have been more caring or accommodating. Randy and Lisa made a very hard situation just a little easier. I would highly recommend this funeral home.

My father just passed and they were so rude about the money. We couldn't come up with the 3,000 that day so they held my dad for a week. We finally got a 3rd of the money so we got his ashes. They didn't work with payments or nothing.

Heartless. If you want a Mortician that has compassion and understanding for your loss of a loved one DO NOT GO TO PARSONS! If you don't have a lot of money they could care less. Just sad.

TO YOUR REPLY: A lot of people donate money that doesn't make them good by any means. You can't help everyone I get it. But you can control how you conduct yourself and treat people with respect. That's free.

We have used Parsons my entire life, then the most important funeral of my life ( my dads) Parsons wete the rudest people!!! Actually telling me I couldn’t go to my father’s funeral!!! Threaten to call the police on me!!! And all I was doing was smoking a cigarette in my own vehicle!!! So I woukd never go to Parsins again!!!!

I have NEVER been treated so rudely in all my life. ALL they could talk about was signing their contract and paying in full before they did anything. My Stepdad passed and was to be cremated with his estate to pay the burial charges. They wanted their money upfront and a open-ended contract they expected us to sign or they said they would keep the body and the conversation was over!!! We ditched them and got a much more caring and convenient mortuary. It was not what we needed at a time like that and very frustrating to be treated like that. I never pay anyone in full upfront for services or goods that have not been delivered.

One of the most untrustworthy businesses my family has ever dealt with. They have zero compassion for the grieving family and are only interested in your money. They held both the body and death certificate when we tried to change funeral homes. First their price was $375 for services rendered, no problem, but when the other funeral home came to pick him up they changed their price to $675 and wouldn't release him until they were paid the additional $300! Don't trust one word they say! There are no morals or ethics in their business plan.

I will never use Parson's Mortuary again. There was terrible cross in the lines of communications between THEIR staff, which ended up causing a problem within our already heartbroken family. The service ended up being one sided because of the issue.
