Kaiser Permanente Keizer Station Medical Office

I'm new to KP, this visit was to meet my new doctor to establish care. Dr. Akpamgbo and her staff are professional and courteous. I felt we had a good rapport and communication from the start. In addition, I felt the team worked well together and all my questions were answered. Likewise, the staff person who attended me at the lab was prompt, polite, professional, and made the visit quick and easy. Finally, the person who called me initially for my new patient intake appointment was pleasant and did a very good job orienting me to KP.

So far, from this first ever KP visit on my part, I am looking forward to having my health care tended to by this team.

My visit with Dr. Pasetti went great. The assistant Kira brought me back promptly and was very cheerful and pleasant. Veronica in the imaging department walked me through the process and was patient with me. I had a great experience. Keep up the great work.

I just came in for a blood pressure check, the lady that took care of me was very nice, friendly, and talked to me about the results of the test. I am sorry that I didn't remember her name.
She explained what my doctor would like to see for my results.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was seen on time and felt my needs were addressed. Alice and Lizzie were very nice and professional.

I saw my pcp. His MA as always was way beyond helpful and courteous when rooming me. She understood what I needed and helped me get my concerns out and heard.

Dr. Sacco is a great provider and has above and beyond staff. I really couldn’t choose a better location. I’m always treated amazingly. Staff is always fast and courteous, appreciate everyone there.

Dr. Meador truly takes the time to listen. He is patient, caring, and knowledgeable . He is the first doctor in many years that I fully trust with my healthcare.

Staff were wonderful. I feel my leg is slowly getting better. They new what they were doing and took good care of me.

I want to thank the awesome staff in the wound care clinic. Best people ever especially Gabrielle and the one older guy, I don't remember his name. But all around great experience. My neck healed nicely and how everyone was so gentle. I love how Gabrielle showed my best friend how to clean up and properly bandage my neck daily. I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Meador and his medical assistant, Juana, are very friendly and thorough. I know that my healthcare is their top priority. Thanks to you both!!

Dr.King was very thorough and complete with my physical. I liked the way she discussed concerns with me and showed me data on the computer if necessary.
I felt she cared about my overall health and that’s # 1 for me.

Dr Sordiweed is wonderful. I appreciate her ability to try to fix the issue and not mask it.

Thank you for hiring Dr Nelson. He is superb, kind, empathic. He knows what he's doing and explains topics well. I wish he was younger so he would be in practice much longer.

Dr. Chin was very professional, but made me feel comfortable and he took my concerns seriously. He has been my Dr. for years for a reason!
His assistant Yvonne was also great! Very through and also took my comfort seriously. Both have a good bed-side manner and are great in their respective positions

Everyone was very efficient and punctual. I was treated quite well and felt like I was being listened to.

Shelly was great. She was attentive, she asked great questions, showed she cared about me and my history, and was super easy to talk to. The same can be said for Dr. Sacco. I was really impressed with how thorough and personable she was. Lastly, Amanda in the Lab was wonderful, as always. Overall I’m extremely happy with the Keizer Station office.

I have received outstanding wound care treatment. RN Gabrielle is great helping people! I needed to go there twice for wound care. Everyone working there are very caring and attentive.
