Convivio Italian Artisan Cuisine - Zionsville

Girls' night out, we had such a joyful time at Convivio!! To begin with, our reservation was for 8:15pm , and we were seated immediately. Our server , the vivacious Emma, was exemplary with her knowledge of the menu, her service , her upbeat, pleasant, and fun attitude. Our drinks came on time as did the rest of the meal. We all were happy and satisfied with our food, and the dessert was perfect, ending our wonderful experience. I have to mention the coffee was one of the best I have had! The most striking thing was how the check was given in this wonderful book(novel idea, loved it). You could pen down your compliments for the server or restaurant in it . Definitely a date night place or even to celebrate occasions.

Convivio offers a delightful Italian dining experience. Our server was excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. The espresso martini was a standout, perfectly balanced and delicious. The squid ink pasta was a highlight, cooked to perfection with a rich and flavorful sauce. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a special meal or a casual dinner. Overall, Convivio is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

This place is amazing! Natasha was FANTASTIC! The food was out of this world. Drinks were just great. Such a cozy and friendly, yet upscale place. Will be back to work our way through the menu! Can't recommend enough the beet salad, fried risotto, and Nero pasta.....actually EVERYTHING.

Amazing Italian restaurant. Worth the forty minute drive by far. I enjoyed the wine selection. The tortellini was top notch; easily in my top three I’ve ever had. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed the cheese plate. A+

The pasta here is fresh and made daily and you can taste it. It was so very good. The waiter we had was just so good. He made excellent recommendations and really let us pace through the meal at our pace. Rarely do you find that in the US. There were great cocktails and wines. The fun part is they have a regional section of their menu where they feature a region in Italy. And it changes regularly. We really enjoyed all three courses we had. And the focaccia bread was so good too!

Amazing date night experience. The staff took great care of us, everything is made in house and it tastes amazing. Would definitely recommend the Nero black squid ink pasta. So rich and full of flavor, great portions of seafood. The beet salad was amazing as well, great texture and prepared with an amazing dressing.

A great experience from the beginning! Everyone was very welcoming and the place had a great atmosphere. The food was also wonderful, with each dish having very unique flavor profiles. With many items on the menu that sound amazing, I'm sure we will be back in the future.

Another great night at our favorite restaurant in Zionsville...as I said in a previous review, outstanding Italian cuisine and as authentic as you'll find anywhere in Indiana.
The veil chop is a must have if you've ever had this entree served to you in Italy you won't be disappointed by how true to form this is prepared. The muscles appetizer and the beet salad are both excellent as well the pesto pasta with shrimp and the rigatoni with mushroom and sausage both will keep you coming back time and time again.

Went here for the first time and it was amazing. The food was great, server was very friendly, loved the atmosphere. The entree’s took a little too long to get to us but everything else more than made up for a 5 star review.

This was our first time at this Convivio location. We have been to their other location in Carmel. Both locations are really nice.

The service here was very good and the food is well prepared with fantastic flavors. Also pretty reasonably priced for the 4 of us.

They bring out fresh focaccia bread to start. I ordered their House Salad that could be shared by 2 people. Very nice house dressing. My wife ordered their Beet Salad with Goat Cheese. A combination of Yellow & Purple Beets.

Our main courses were: Spinach Stuffed Ravioli, Gnocchi in a rich red sauce, Pasta in a Bolognese Sauce and Gigli Pasta with Pumpkin in a nice white very tasty sauce. Pretty generous servings on all of the dishes. Nice restaurant to visit if you are in downtown Zionsville area.

Just had another wonderful meal at Convivio last night. The team is tremendous. Andrea, Joe, Tim etc. Great team and great food. You will never be disappointed. If you like Italian food, Convivio is a must. Go and enjoy!!!!

Excellent cuisine and service. I highly recommend the blend of sausage and melted goat cheese over pasta. An unbelievable blend of flavors. the bread was bread.

My son the Fillet and my wife had the gnocchi…Delicious

This place is THE best Italian in the state. My husband is from New York and he loves Italian food, but before Convivios he didn't think any Italian food here was worth it's salt. The Rigatoni is to die for. The meatballs are the best we have ever had. I have tried many different pasta dishes and they are all excellent. Natasha our waitress, most recently, did such a great job suggesting wine pairings with our dinner. One of our favorite places in the city!

The food was absolutely delicious! The best authentic style Italian food I've had outside of Italy. The beet salad was amazing and the pasta I had was fresh, not too heavy on the sauce, and had really great flavor. I was here traveling for work, but will be sure to stop in the next time I'm in Indy for work.

We did a team dinner here. I got the pizza. It was so good! For one person, it's a lot. But made great leftovers. Would go here again!

@convivioindy hands down has some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Honestly I’m not huge into Italian food because I try to keep my carbs relatively low, BUT, if you’re going to splurge on carbs this Is the place to do it.

If I’m being extremely transparent I can’t pronounce 1/3 of the menu and I won’t pretend to. There’s no shame in asking for help, which I did. I tried the lamb meatballs, which were so tender, flavorful and delicious, the shrimp and Italian appetizers and a patroń margarita.

The vibe was rustic with exposed brick and Italian wall art with a fireplace along the wall. The lighting was dim and set the right tone for a dinner date or family outing. Servive and the staff were excellent and no issue arose.

Great food! Pretty restaurant and great servers. A little pricey, but worth it. The restaurant is on Main St, so it is fun to walk around before or after you eat. Highly recommend!

Our waiter Tim was spot on. Had good info on the wines and the entrees... excellent timing throughout the meal. I had the NERO - squid ink infused pasta with crab and lobster. My wife had the gnocchi. We have been to Italy and found the gnocchi here surpassed the homeland. Good wine, good salad, great entrees and cannoli that, even though I was full.... could not pass up. We have been to the one over in Carmel and found this to be consistent in quality. Really nice laid back but well designed atmosphere. We will be back!

An excellent Italian restaurant on Zionsville's quaint Main Street. The service is top notch. The food is very good and thank you for NOT adding loads of salt to everything in order to enhance the taste! The Caesar salad was crisp, the olive and fig pasta very tasty, the afogato (espresso coffee w/ ice cream) nicely presented, and the tiramisu which I ordered to go and enjoyed a day later, light and fluffy. I mentioned being fussy w/ wine (by the glass) if it was not freshly opened, and the barman made sure to open a new bottle - in front of me. I'll be back!!
