Gabe and the rest of the staff were amazing. Gabe was able to replace my battery, which is in the back of the engine compartment and needed to have other things removed to get to it, and had me on my way quickly. Had stopped at another auto parts store down the road first that kept me there longer than Gabe did, and they just wasted my time. Thank you Gabe and O'Reillys!

The employer here help me with doubts in my car, went out of the local to take a look, share the price of what I need and scan the car to see the problems. Amazing service!

Thank you to the employee that switched out my battery today. I bought a new battery at a different location and was told they no longer do battery installs. I went home thinking this can't be right after spending $300 on a new battery and called another location and they stated I was misinformed. Thank you to the gentleman that went above and beyond and switched out my battery. I didn't catch his name but it was at the Till road location around 330 on Sunday.

Went in to get a new battery. Had went to autozone first. They told me that they could not change it for me. So I came to O'Reilly. Oscar was so helpful. He came out, looked at it and was able to help me. Had it changed in less than. 10 minutes. I will definitely buy my parts from here now. Never will I go back to Autozone

Actually had what I needed, understood I didn’t need year make and model for the metal polish I needed and I’m pretty sure this is the only parts store that currently employ’s people with an actual interest or understanding of cars/automotive. Everywhere else seems to be people unemployed in their field of liberal arts studies and settled for what they could get… or did the company settle? Hmmm!

Had a great experience there tonight. There’s this dude there and the name on his shirt said Aldo. He’s the man!! Was he super knowledgeable and so professional!!!! I bought a new battery and a new alternator for my car and got it all fix myself that night! Because of this dude being so on point and friendly I’m only going to O Reilly’s and only this one where he works! Keep it up my guy!!

I used to go to Advanced Auto and never thought the experience there was sub par. However after going to this O'Reilly's location I thought differently. The staff here are highly knowledgeable and really seem to care about the project you're working on. They even learned what kind of vehicle I was working on and asked me for updates as I progressed. Needless to say, I go here every time I have an automotive need

During the snowstorm of February 2022 My good for nothing lazy wife cannot take the fancy extendable snow brush and brush the snow off the windshield. Instead using the wipers that aren't strong enough to move that much snow to try and clean the windshield and proceeding to snapping one of the wiper arms attached to the wiper transmission. Luckily O'Reilly's was the only auto parts store in town that had the transmission in stock with a fluke and having a high temperature of 40°, remove the transmission at home drove to O'Reilly's bought the new transmission and installed it in the parking lot and even the nice gentleman inside let me borrow a long magnet thingys to pick up my socket that I dropped and landed on the transmission. A+ O'Reilly's you always have the parts when nobody else does.

I have gained so much insight about auto parts just by visiting these stores. I strongly suggest them! They got a good rewards program too.

I came in to O’Reillys auto part on January 25 !! It was 11° out and I was greeted by Corbin a hard-working intelligent young man!! Corbin came outside in 11° temperature to help me with my car and I can’t say enough about customer satisfaction with this young man!! I will never go back to AutoZone and will always go to O’Reilly’s auto-parts because of an employee like CORBIN!!!

Service was excellent. The staff was really knowledgeable and helped me out greatly. But this is the way it is everytime I go there, which is why I only go to them.

Just bought some coil springs for my 98 Lincoln and the were in stuck for a great price and they fit perfectly
