New Day Mover

I cannot recommend this place enough. I am beyond impressed. Moving in the winter time is never fun but life has its way of kicking your butt at times and I didn’t have a choice. The moving staff was swift and efficient, like a well oiled machine. ✅✅ They even offer set up help. Got everything done, and I mean beds set up and all in 5-6 hours. What a team, I’ll be back. (Hopefully no time soon) but I’ll recommend this company hands down.

The movers were professional, they took care of all my items. I had everything the same way it was packed up. The move was swift and consistent. I am so happy that nothing was damaged, I would highly recommend this company. They have a great knowledge on what is needed for a move, Greg is so amazing I want to thank him and his team once again, this was by far the best move experience I ever had. Highly recommend them.

We have had quite the day! I have to tell you all about New Day Mover. We were in quite the predicament this morning. We scheduled with ANOTHER moving company. We had used the company 2 times before. They were, let's just say forgiven,the last time. They were late by 4 hours secondary to a scheduling 'mess up." We are all about second chances. We have been given opportunities! The story goes like this, they didn't show up, they didn't answer a phone or an email. They were supposed to be there today between 8 and 9. I was panicking! We promised our child he would sleep in his new house.We slated this time for our move! We took off work. I found the number for New Day Move while doing a search on Google. I spoke with the owner and he was instantly committed to hearing our story. He assured me that he would be happy to take on the work and began estimating his time of arrival. Two gentlemen arrived with optimism beaming from their person. It felt like all the confusion and frustration was supposed to happen. These gentleman worked efficiently and effectively without skipping a beat. They packed the truck like Geometry professors. They were so kind to everyone. They were professional and genuine. Their communication was perfection. They were punctual. I can not speak highly enough. We asked them to help us with another move, our storage unit, because we were so pleased. I highly recommend this company. I wish them many blessings! Thank you for calming the situation and taking care of us like we were your family!

We originally hired one moving company. That company no call no showed. We frantically tried to find help when we came across this company on google. One simple phone call and they saved the day. They were on time, communicated with us every step of the way, extremely professional, and took extra care (even when driving) to keep our possessions safe. If I could give 10 stars I would. Greg and crew moved a 6 bedroom house with lots of big stuff in 10 hours on a snowy, cold day in January. They did an excellent job and did the work for about half the price of any one else in Fort Wayne. High recommend New Day Movers !

These guys were awesome!! My mover canceled my truck because they did not leave me a message to confirm the date. So, at the last min, New Day Movers saved the day and got my mom moved. They were very polite and worked fast since we were running behind with the first cancelation. I highly recommend this team for all your moving needs!

Here’s my experience. Moving day: my friend that was helping me move my grandfathers piano had his shoulder dislocated right when we got the piano onto the trailer. So here is my grandpa’s 100+ year old piano, on a trailer, in my front lawn. I knew I had no options, but to hire movers. After a brief google review and messaging (VERY prompt response time) New Day Moving called me. In tears I explained to the man on the phone my situation. The man introduced himself as Greg the owner and assured me, everything was going to be okay and that he would help me. Greg the owner, and his team member PJ arrived with a truck, on a Sunday, with very little notice and moved the piano off the trailer -this was not an easy task- but the made it look that way! They gathered all the rest of my belongings, with care and moved my items for me. The took away all my stress and worries, they saved the day COMPLETELY. These men were powerhouses, professional, absolutely down to earth, and humble. I believe people are put into your life for a reason, who knew these two guys would make such an impact on my day. Very grateful for all their hard work and professionalism!

Greg and PJ were both professional and thorough with my move this passed weekend.. they were careful with my things and mindful of my walls while moving me.. I’ve had many experiences while moving that things get broken or scratched. I shopped around for movers for a couple weeks before I heard about this company, by far the best priced and down to earth vibe about them. Greg and D with New Day Movers were absolutely fantastic. Greg was so fantastic and professional. Both men worked extremely hard to get my super big and difficult sofa up to my apartment. They were so gentle as to not damage my item. You can tell they really cater to customer care as they tried multiple times and different ways to get my sofa up. The most affordable quote I received in the whole city. If you need to hire a mover, WORK WITH GREG!!!! If I need any more moving services in the future I will definetly use New Day Movers every single time. I can’t say enough positive things about them. These. Guys. Rock!!!

I would highly recommend New Day Mover to anyone! They came right on time, were professional, safety conscious, careful with furniture and reasonably priced. (much more reasonable than the competition). My daughter and her husband hired Greg to move their couch into a second floor apartment through a very tight door fit with impossible angles. From start to finish it was clear that Greg was a knowledgeable and experienced mover.
(I used to deliver high end kitchen cabinets and refrigerators back in my day, I can tell who knows what they are doing and Greg does!)
Even with a difficult challenge of a move, Greg and his assistant were patient, careful, and took their time and did not give up.
Despite the challenge posed due to the hallway/door/stairway combination (whatever architect designed that was crazy and clearly didn't want the apartment occupants to have couches)
they got the couch in, and currently a spotless and scratch free couch is now sitting in my daughter's living room despite the tight corners and difficult maneuvering.
Whatever you need moved in the Fort Wayne area call Greg! I would hire them for any type of move after watching them work.

Honestly, these guys were great. I called in need of same day service and they made themselves available. They were quick but careful. Disassembled and reassembled all the things. It was a really great experience!

I have never had to use a moving company before, but always heard horror stories. The guys with New Day Movers were very professional, cared a great deal about the things they were moving, and were great people. If I ever have to move again, I will be using them!
