Was very nice in person but over the phone wasn’t very much help at all. I explain my situation and she doesn’t respond and stays quiet. Filed my taxes about two months ago and everyone I know that filed their taxes weeks after me have already gotten theirs weeks ago and I still haven’t received mine. I’m never going here again.

Went there to have my taxes done. The woman was eating while she was entering the information and then turned the tv up to where i couldn't hear what she was saying. Very rude and disrespectful. I didn't let her finish filing my taxes. I will not go there again.

Very unprofessional!! They had family in there talking about their family affairs as I wait to get seen. It was loud in there and totally not run like a business should, as one of the CPA's talked about how she had to take a smoke break which delayed more time.
