Roberts Shoes

My teenage son is very particular about what goes on his feet, and comfort is king! Last year, we drove for hours around to various shoe stores, trying on every single thing. We both hate it. We got to Roberts, and he picked the first thing he tried on, which was right next to the door. I vowed to only get his shoes at Roberts from then on. When we returned this year, he found 2 pairs. I'm so thankful to not have to waste all that time and headaches.

We went to Roberts Shoes for the first time. My wife picked some shoes out for me and I really liked them. They were instantly comfortable. The shoes are a little higher but well worth it. I always wondered about this place even when Video Stop was next door. I'm glad I stopped in.

Best shoes in town. They actually help you get fitted. They are not the cheapest but they are the best quality.

My mom takes a narrow shoe which is almost impossible to find. We heard about Robert's Shoes and were able to find a nice shoe at a super price. The clerk was great and worked beyond closing time to fit my mother with this awesome pair of shoes.

Good selection of shoes. Shoes are a bit pricey but very good quality shoes... get what you pay for, right!? Sales lady was super helpful and friendly. Saw quite a few pairs of boots and shoes I'll be back for!! Have a pretty good selection of women's wide width shoes. Looked at about 8 shoe stores for work (dress) shoes and couldn't find anything that fit right until I came here. I have had a hard time finding wide width shoes I like until I shopped here.

Super good quality shoes. Good quality comes with a higher price tag. But your feet will appreciate it. Friendly service most of the time. Been shopping here for years and highly recommend them.

Not a fan of shopping.....at all. Even less of a fan on buying shoes. I absolutely LOVE this store! The shoes are obviously why I go there, but their customer service is by far the best that I've found at any store in Ft. Wayne since I moved here two years ago. Time tested customer focused.....LOVE IT!

When I saw the price of the athletic shoe I was looking at ($154.00) I was hesitant to spend that much. BOY AM I GLAD I DID! My feet feel so much better since I am wearing a good shoe. We also (80yr.Mom & 83yr.Dad) and I were very well taken care of by Debbie. She measured all of us to make sure we were getting the perfect fit. I will shop at Roberts again for sure

Excellent, excellent, excellent service. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Shoes run a bit higher in price, but with the quality to match. Great depth, especially in higher-end shoes and dress varieties.

I was very surprised with the selection of boots and the sizes. It's hard for me to find a comfortable work boot in my size. In this store it'd be hard not to find what you're looking for! Very polite staff as well.

Sign on door read "Must wear mask and practice social distancing". I could see a woman with a vacuum cleaner through the glass door but not having a mask. Strike one. I saw another woman at the cash register with a mask around her neck but not her face. Strike two.

I don't even own a mask as I don't believe they work, and I practice social distancing even during 'normal' times. I proceeded to enter the store to see the woman with the mask pull it up over her face and told me I needed a mask. Strike three. I said OK and left the store, drove away and bought TWO pairs of new shoes at Shoe Carnival.

I've been a customer at Roberts since the 1970's and my family way before that, but my tolerance level toward people who attempt to monitor and control me and not adhere to their own rules is ZERO.

Thank you Roberts for your apology and I'll come back for my next pair!

The sales clerk that welcomed us stayed with us entire shopping. Very helpful we will return.

If you are looking for shoes that REALLY help your feet. You need to go here. They help you and know what they are talking about. It is pricey, but well worth it.
