Best prices I've ever gotten and the food is great the chicken isn't overcooked or dry, the meatloaf is full of flavor and soft, even the burgers are homemade and well seasoned with a variety of toppings. You gotta try the sauce these guys put on the ribs also it's pretty amazing.

We used the Mad Max food truck for our corporate Christmas party; excellent food, great price, friendly service. Brad was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our staff enjoyed the food.

I have seen this little building by the road several times and thought that it was closed. My family and I decided to stop by the other evening and I’m glad that I did. The owner greeted us when we walked in. He was great, we couldn’t decide what we wanted so he set us up with a variety of items including brisket and rib tips. The food was very reasonably priced and tasted great. We had plenty to take back home with us for later. Do not overlook this hidden gem.

Some of the best bbq I’ve ever had & the cinnamon roll bread was to die for. We used Brad to cater a baby shower and he was quick to respond, accommodating to our budget and so friendly! His food was so so good. Will use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking to grab a bite to eat or to cater for a party!

I was working in Sheridan today and we decided to stop in for lunch being that Mad Max is a small mom and pop shop which are my favorites. Immediately after walking in the door, we were greeted by the owner and made to feel welcome. The food was AMAZING. The service was AMAZING. The owner is incredibly friendly and personable. You can tell it's a relaxed work environment for the employees, (which often times creates the best and happiest employees.) The owner sat with us and we talked about life and everything else under the sun. The only thing that disappointed me about this place is the distance from our home! We absolutely will be making the trip to return. Go check this place out. Definitely a hidden gem. I would give more stars if I could.

Brad the owner is hilarious makes everyone feel welcomed. Very nice and some how every time I go there I end up with way more food than I ordered. Like any good barbecue place sometimes it’s a longer wait and they are out of stuff. It’s worth it. This is the type of place to bring a big family to eat at a very reasonable price. I don’t even know how they make money with their lunch specials.

Love coming here for breakfast. Big portions, friendly owner(Brad), and the pastries are delicious. Treated like family, but I've been coming here for a while. The cinnamon rolls are really good if they are fresh, otherwise they are kinda ok.

Bradley White (Mad Max Smokehouse) went above and beyond with Speedway High School 20 year class reunion. The customer service was top-notch, and even though it was a busy time for the food truck industry, he said yes without hesitation. They set up and prepared the food quickly keeping the wait times to a minimum. He and Mad Max’s staff were constantly checking in on everyone to make sure each individual's needs were being met. I highly recommend this business for any event as the food was delicious, and those cinnamon rolls were on point, gone in a heartbeat. Great people and service all the way around.

Came for the food, but the guys behind the counter are the stars of the show. I almost forgot I was at a restaurant because it felt more like eating at a family member or friends house. I've changed my evening commute to school so I can eat here more often. The brisket is fantastic and swims in some of the best sauce I've had. On top of everything, my wallet doesn't even break a sweat. More than fair prices for food this good. I'll be back again and again with friends.

If you’re passing through like me, give this place a visit. Excellent food (genuinely impressed), great hospitality, and a price that feels like you’re stealing the food. If you’re not sure what to get just ask for a recommendation. Never do I try to remember a business so I can return later, but I will for Mad Max.

Excellent pulled pork sandwich. Lunch special is the best six dollars you could spend. Sandwich, fresh cut fries and a drink. Hands down best lunch deal around.
