Have been bringing my dawg here for 8 years and it's always an easy experience. I love the people and more importantly my dog loves the people. Awesome customer service and trustworthy professionalism!

Excellent staff and care. County has the clinic’s hands tied. Prepare to wait. I’ve been there three times in three weeks. Gave up the first two times after waiting for two hours. Today I went again after pre-ordering. Was there a half hour before they opened. Waited three hours. Bring a blanket, pillow, book and maybe wear a diaper. 🤣. Not the staffs’ fault. 💜

Once I found their building, which is tucked away in the strip mall, I was thrilled.

Everyone is kind, helpful and understanding.

Took our 2 new kittens in to get fixed. No issues and everyone came home healthy and happy.

As a sometimes Foster mom to kitties I take all my little ones here. (I tried to take them to wags but 1 out of 2 I took there ended up with lifelong urinary problems after and they'd tried to tell me it was normal)

spray and neuter clinic is great. Sometimes things can be difficult to understand but they are very helpful. I'm going to also suggest to other small animal owners to research the rabies vaccines. If you think it's best to wait.... Then wait. Especially if they're indoor only.

They did a great job with the surgery on my cat. She recovered so quickly with no problems. I am extremely happy with their work.

My pup needed all her shots. Regular vet cost over $200 plus required full exam etc— paid less than $150 for all shots and new Lane County registration

Mochi had her procedure here, and she came through splendidly. They treated her with care and gentleness. Yuki will be next.

Didn't have to wait very long to see the vet. I loved that they don't charge for the exam. I saved over $150 by going here for my vaccinations and not other vet clinics like VCA. They treated my animal and I with kindness & provided helpful suggestions to better care for my elderly animal's specific needs. From the time I walked in, the entire process took less than 30mins. This clinic is a great resource for the community!

I really appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. The prices are very reasonable. I was surprised that my deposit for a canceled pre-COVID neuter was honored and they contacted me to ensure my pet was taken care of; I thought my deposit was a lost cause and I would not get my money back, but several months later we made it in. The veterinarians don’t get enough credit either. The after care instructions and dose of pain medication for the day after surgery was very appreciated.

Well, my cat was spayed. Very affordable. Friendly folks. Overall, a very easy experience, from drop off to pick up.

We brought our kitten Frieda to be spayed. They were prompt, polite, informative and did a great job with our girl. We are very pleased and she is healing well.

I count my blessings when I found this place. We have 2 kittens. A male named Zeus and a female named Zoe. When I started checking out places to get them fixed, I was devastated by the prices that were quoted. Makenzie animal wanted a minimum of over $300.00 and could be as much as over $600.00. THAT WAS FOR 1 FEMALE CAT, AND DID NOT INCLUDE THE OFFICE VISIT OR ANY SHOTS!
At the Spay & Neuter Clinic, I had BOTH cats fixed and they BOTH got 3 shots each of the mandatory vaccinations. The TOTAL for BOTH cats was $297.00.
I recommend you give them a try first.

Due to Corona Virus- Currently open from 1:00 pm until 4:00 may close early depending on how many people are there!! So easy took my kitty Amo for shots and to ask questions. They even sell small cardboard Kennels for kitty's or small pups for $6.00. Amo got his 1st shots and is scheduled for a neuter appt. Next month. Everyone was really super nice and
I got alot of information. Very easy place to get what you need. They also have micro chipping, flea meds and pretty much all you need for your dog or cat.
If you call, You might have to leave a message but they called me back within a half hour!! The prices are fair and worth the price!! Thank you for having this place for us to get shots and stuff!! I truly appreciate it!!

Pretty cool clinic. If you do not call and pre-check in you will be waiting in line for awhile. People start showing up and lining up for services about 12:30. There is a wait period for spay and neuters. You must call to schedule your appointment for a spay/neuter and they will ask you for a deposit. Also, you must pay for any services ahead of time. I called and pre checked in around 9 am. I showed up at 12. Waited for an hour til they opened, but I was the first seen.

Come here to get my dogs flea meds and vaccines. Staff is super friendly

Great service. My dog is always delighted to see them, and happy to see me again after his vaccinations too.

These guys are absolutely amazing they are always booked but it's bc they offer low income service to people that can't afford to spend a bunch of money. They are kind friendly and super over worked
