Big store. Found keto bread I wanted and of course lots of other stuff. They opened up an extra checker and I got out really fast. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

This is what I do all of my shopping I've been doing it since I was probably 7 years old my blood mother and now I still go there so they're like family there they're great love their sales too in their new phone app

This store is kept clean and well stocked, good specials and very nice flower shop inside. Close to a dollar store, mail center, small restarants, a walk-in plus drive-thru OCCU bank, pizza store, gas station and more all in the same location

They moved US Bank & left a machine there!! That's crazy! But, ordering online Birthday cakes is easy, quick & good price!

Albertsons had a great selection of food to choose from. Prices were very competitive. Several items were on sale made my experience even better. All in all a very nice place to shop.

Always great shopping experience at this store in Eugene. will not shop in the Roseburg store. Managers are so worried about people using coupons and people trying to rip them off. Customers in front of me didn't have the digital coupon and the manager just made them feel unwelcome. When they left he started taking to me about the customer before me and really degrading them. This was over a dollar off coupon. They spent over 100.00. This is not the first time at the Roseburg store that this has happened. The upper Management needs to be retrained on what excellent customer service really means

This place was awesome, I walked there with my son and they had all our pancake supplies. We also got bananas and milk. The lady at check was very kind. It will be a regular stop for our grocery needs.

I absolutely love this store. And the employees are so warm and welcoming the store always smells amazing! The bakery is my favorite place in the store it's like my Disneyland!

They have higher prices than sum stores but they also have quality food and the meat department is better. Better quality of meat .helpful employees nice looking store. Sum of everything.bakery has alot of choices.

It's always clean. The employees are helpful and friendly. Debbie was my checker. Very nice lady. Happy. Obviously likes working there. It's a bit expensive, in my opinion, but I shop for sale items. And their Fab4 flyer is helpful.

My favorite Albertson's. I've been a customer since 2009. Usually well stocked, fresh produce, clean, small town feel with long term employees. Don't go during peak hours, of course or you may wait a bit. Pharmacy and US Bank are an added convenience. Great end of season clearance deals. 😉

I like the Senior hours because I am high risk and arrived at 7 a.m. Everything I needed they had in stock. The check out clerk and bagger were extremely nice. They were wearing masks and gloves. I find that comforting. I also wear a mask. Very clean store also. Sanitized carts wonderful job to the entire crew.

The night crew was just extremely helpful, & I was exhausted. I forgot about the bread that was my initial reason for going! Albertsons employees noticed me back in & was kind enough to get me a loaf of bread, as they were doing ALOT of shelf & isle changes, putting bread in the farthest corner. Such consideration & service are appreciated! My years shopping here have never been a drag,that's always a good thing! ~Thanks Albertsons ~

They don't staff the pharmacy with enough people. I was in line 15 mins before closing after getting a text saying my item was ready. They shut it up at exactly 7. They should have helped the last 2 people in line, which included me. I had been there earlier thru line to and told to come back after getting the text. After telling them this when I got in line, the employee holding the clipboard didn't bother to try to help. Even informed them I would have to wait over 12 hour to start the meds my doctor wanted me to start tonight. There wasn't even a copay...

Very upsetting!!!!!

They were great! I made an appointment to get the new covid-19 vaccine and my flu shot at the same time and it was smooth sailing.

We always shop the sales and save lots of 💰. Done right you can be eating sirloin steak $4 lbs milk $1.99 gallon, eggs $1.50. Not to mention soda candy and chips are always on the low. Grat saving. The Save-On pharmacy is very good I use the app for everything.

Always friendly. My favorite grocery store. A map would be great but I think I finally got it. Ask any personnel where the item is you're looking for, and they know. It's amazing. Hello is not hard to find.. Neither is the toilet paper.
