I’m super impressed with the level of excellence I experienced at this salon. I’m incredibly particular about my hair and was driving to Indy before but my stylist moved so I decided to try a new place closer to me and I was blown away by El and the entire staff. They listened to what I wanted and guided me to what I should do, provided complimentary drinks, and were super friendly to go above and beyond. They didn’t push products on me but thoroughly answered questions about anything I asked and I did purchase a few because I wanted to and I absolutely love what I got. Literally, such a gem of a place. They do children’s haircuts and men’s and waxing too! I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Nothing makes you feel more like a renewed person, than getting your hair done and being completely happy with it. Thank you!

My experience at Redhead was FABULOUS!!! The staff was skilled and attentive, delivering me with the best color and cut I could ever imagine. The girls were incredibly kind and very welcoming they made the environment so warm and comfortable. The salon had a modern and clean ambiance, making the overall visit enjoyable. I will recommend them forever and ever!!

I've gone to quite a few hair salons in the past never leaving fully confident in my haircut/style or color, until now. As soon as I walked in, Lacey was so incredibly kind and not only offered my husband and I something to drink, but also gave us a tour and talked a little about that salon. She introduced Morgan who did my hair and OH. MY. GOODNESS. She was not only so sweet, but she genuinely cared about what I wanted. Let me just say I left feeling 100× more confident and happy with my hair. Not only do they provide exceedingly well customer service, but they are true and genuine and I can PROMISE that you will want to come back, just like I do. Thank you RedHead Salon!❤

Lexi and the team at Redhead are absolutely amazing. The salon is SO cute & clean, the staff are beyond helpful & attentive, and the vibes are so uplifting & positive. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and Lexi made it happen with expertise and a fine attention to detail. AND she took the time to teach me about my hair/the cut/maintenance, etc. (a huge help for a hair novice such as myself)!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They deserve it!! If you're considering going, do it. You (and your hair) will not be sorry!!

Service here is top notch. Morgan is an amazing stylist and nails what I want every time, even when I don't really know what I want. The apprentices are amazing too. You're always greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and your first time there they give you a little tour. Highly recommend!

Payton is amazing and the whole reason I come here. From being an expert at blondes, to coloring my hair a beautiful lilac, she is my go to.

We absolutely love going to Redhead. It's truly such a relaxing experience. The scalp massage is amazing, and their stylists are both creative and fun!

I have been going to Red Head for about 5+ years and it is the only place I will go to get my hair cut or colored. I moved after graduating from Ball State and Payton is still the only one I trust to do my hair. The salon is so clean and everything is really high quality. All of the staff are super nice and I’ve never had a bad experience. I have learned so much about keeping my hair healthy, styling, and so much more. I’m very grateful for the ladies at Red Head.

I love it here! The entire experience was a success. Upon entering Redhead, I was professionally greeted, introduced to the many products they promote, and asked if I'd like a drink. Before my first appointment, I met with Elizabeth to talk over my ultimate vision for my hair. I love how Elizabeth asked about my hair's history and she kindly explained each step it would take to get to my end goal. Never before had a hairdresser taken the time to learn my routine and been so up front with me. She answered all questions I had and I was confident she could get my hair to where I wanted it.

I just had my appointment today and I love it! She was wonderful throughout the whole process and my hair looks better/lighter than either of us expected this first time around! I would 100% recommend going to Redhead.

Bailey was my hair stylist and she is amazing. This was the first time I had ever been to a salon and Bailey was super understanding and listened to what I was wanting.

Elizabeth was so great!! She did an amazing job with my hair and was super fun to talk to. It was my first time there and my first time ever in a salon and everyone that I talked to made me feel welcome. I definitely recommend and will definitely be going back in a few weeks for a trim!

This was the best and coolest experience getting a haircut that I've ever had! They really help you relax and have a good, chill time while you get styled. I went in for the hair cut for my wedding, and couldn't have been happier. The stylist took the time to listen and ask questions to make sure I got the look I was going for. For the little extra money (as compared to most places), it is definitely worth it to come here for a peaceful, non-rushed, and professional haircut!

I LOVE this place! I see Laura and she is amazing. I went to the same stylist for 12 years and she never got the color I wanted. Laura knee me for 10 mins and got the color I’ve been wanting for 12 years! It looks natural and is so pretty! I like that they take a little bit of time to get to know you and your hair routine. I’m also addicted to the products they have. They are extremely knowledgeable on their products and they work so well for dry scalp! I also get m my eyebrows waxed there. The time and dedication to waxing them is amazing. I never leave there unhappy!

I LOVE REDHEAD SALON!! Brooke (the owner) does my hair and she is amazing but all the staff are well qualified, talented, kind and truly care about both your hair (it’s health and beauty) and you. They also sell awesome product lines and care about education and staying up to date to best serve there clients. I am originally from a big city and there is no salon in any big city as awesome as Redhead. Big City services small, community family like feel. Fantastic Muncie Salon! Everyone loves the hair washing part of a haircut and my stylist, El, was so gentle. She massaged my scalp and the nape of my neck and I felt so relaxed.

We tried communicating about what my hair goals were but I was so relaxed and sleepy that she could have cut off an extra 6 inches and I wouldn’t have even cared. I was THAT ZEN!

If you want pampering, this is the perfect place

Staff are very professional and kind. Laura was so patient and knowledgeable and asked about my goals with the appointment before getting started. After a shampoo including a wonderful scalp massage, she styled my hair just as I’d wanted and taught me along the way which products and techniques would achieve what I desired. Wonderful experience, highly recommend Redhead Salon and Laura J!

I had my hair done yesterday and love Red Head and all the staff! I've seen Laura for sveral years and frequently recommend Red Head as the best place in Muncie to have your hair done. Clean salon and excellent staff! Thank you Red Head for being my favorite place to relax for a few hours and get pampered while I get fresh hair!

Just moved back to the Muncie area and was looking for a new place to get my done so I decided to give them a shot. Erin was awesome!!! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me with picking out the prefect color for my hair. Even though she was running behind a little bit due to a wedding party right before my appointment I didn't mind the wait all of the girls were really nice and Erin even gave me a free conditioning treatment for having to wait. I will definitely go back there already made my next appointment. I know I already said this but I'll say it again Erin is awesome!!

I went there for the first time since becoming increasingly uncomfortable with my stylist at another salon (coughhotheadscough) and OMG, the difference was so astounding that I left a $15 tip on a $25 cut! :-S I also wasn't pressured to buy anything, Elizabeth told me what I was already using at home would be perfect for me (which ironically made me want to buy the stuff that she used in my hair). I was so happy that I scheduled my next appointment right there, which I've never done anywhere else before. I highly recommend!!!!
