Lebanon Milky Way

Was driving by and saw this by the road so I decided to stop and go through the drive thru. I had the pork tenderloin and the onion rings and both were outstanding. I especially loved the onion rings as the breading was great and they were juicy inside with lots of flavor. The tenderloin was very good, not best in the state but definitely worth trying. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely make it a point to stop by here again in the future.

Their food is really good. I'm not a fan of their chili. I love spicy food, but I found it to be too spicy to serve to everyone. It worked for me because I had a cold when I tried it during the winter. They have a good pulled pork. I recently got a Double Bacon Cheeseburger and I was quite surprised how much I liked it. We, also, got fried zucchini, fried pickles, hot fudge parfait, tangerine baby cone, and sweet tea. The fried zucchini and fried pickles were really good. The pickles had a lot of batter. Kind of like a beer type batter. The zucchini had more of a granulated batter similar to mozzarella sticks or Andy's fish fry. We enjoyed both. Personal preference is to have the same batter on the pickles that was on the zucchini.

Customer service was good. The cashier was very sweet. Love her hair and nails! Very cute and spunky!

Milky Way is a favorite of mine! Their tacos are delicious! I always get their chocolate shakes because they’re the best. The food is always made fresh and it served hot. The inside is a cute little area with quite a few tables for the ‘small’ dining area. There are also picnic tables outside for warm days.

Really excited to see such low prices for such good food! Even more excited for the vegan/ vegetarian options! The lemonade was delicious, as were the zucchini fries and wedges. I think the broccoli cheese bites had bacon bits in it. Staff was kind and courteous, in a warm and genuine way. Treat you like family even when home is 1200 miles away. Aesthetically pleasing and very clean and tidy as well. You can tell they care about this place as much as they care about the customers. Thanks for the wonderful experience! 💖🥳

If you’re anywhere near Lebanon this is definitely worth the stop everything from the service to the food was great bathrooms were clean! This place will definitely give you the hometown feel definitely stopping back when I’m in town💯🔥

I'm rarely in Lebanon but when I am (like today) I make it a point to visit Milky Way. I ordered from the drive thru for lunch today. Quick and friendly service. I ordered the double cheese burger with extra pickles and a strawberry shake and of course I was very pleased. The large patties were seasoned to perfection and that brioche bun set it off. The strawberry shake was also perfect. Rich and creamy without being overly sweet. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and check them out. You can't go wrong with any selection from the menu.

This is an amazing place. I didn’t even know this place was here. It reminds me of a place where I grew up at in my home to called The Shake Shop. This is a very good place to eat. Good price as well!!!!

We started our trip to Chicago for my birthday weekend by stopping for a snack on the way. My friends asked where we could go that wasn’t too far of a detour. I said what towns are along the way. One of them that was named was Lebanon. I was thinking in my head that sounded familiar for some reason. All of a sudden my onion ring post popped into my head. I remember someone suggesting the Lebanon Milky Way. So that’s immediately where I decided to go.

We headed off the highway into Lebanon. Cute little town. I see the sign and it says best shakes in town. I guess we are at the right place. I love milkshakes. Everyone hasn’t eaten much all day so here we are….

Three tenderloins(breaded) and chicken fingers for the mains. Then we get mushrooms, fried zucchini, onion rings, loaded taco tots, and mozzarella cheese sticks for the sides. First off I didn’t try the tenderloin but they all said it was good. I did however have the chicken tenders. Man we’re they fresh, hot, and juicy. The seasoning/breading was so good. They also has good bbq sauce. I ordered the 3 pack and wish I would have gotten more.

Now let’s talk about the real star of the show……those onion rings. They were whole onions and cooked just enough but that breading was light and crunchy and I wanted to eat them for the rest of my life. If I could only have this onion ring I’d be so happy. I didn’t wanna share but I wanted everyone to try them. Such a dilemma.

The other sides were good. The mushrooms actually had flavor which is rare for fried mushrooms. The only side I didn’t eat was the tots but they just didn’t sound appealing. And I was busy swooning over the chicken tenders and onion rings. 😍. The fountains drinks are cheap and I was able to get a Vanilla Coke just like my old sofa fountain days. They also had Triple XXX root beer on tap. The guys were excited about that.

We got shakes/mixers for the road. I can’t remember what everyone ordered but I got a strawberry shake made with hard ice cream. Best shake in town I’ve had! If you pay cash you get a discount. Plenty of seating inside and everyone is friendly. It’s worth the short drive. You won’t be disappointed. Especially if you get the onion rings.

Yum! Great tacos, really good Taquita's and ice cream. They hand make many items and use local meats. The chicken tenders! The breaded tenderloin! I could go on and on....

My wife and I were in Lebanon and stopped for an early dinner. My wife loved their homemade chili and I enjoyed my fried pickles and burger. If we are up this way we will stop again.
By the way, the service was great. Very personable were our servers.

I've lived in Lebanon My whole life, "44yrs" and as long as I can remember, Milky Way has always been a go to for Tenderloins, Beer Battered Onion Rings, and lately the best fresh ground beef soft Tacos of any place, and these are just my favorites they have so much more. Bottom line you can't go wrong choosing Milky Way.

Great local restaurant with delicious homemade chili and very tasty cheeseburgers. Service was quick and courteous and the prices are reasonable. I will stop by again next time I’m passing through town.

This place is excellent. I had a breaded tenderloin and fried mushrooms and they're exactly as you would expect. It's like getting fair food. It's pleasant and delicious. The food is hot, the ice cream is cold, and the root beer is XXX. It's the kind of small shop you grew up going to. It's deep fried nostalgia, but there are healthy options that are savory like the grilled chicken my wife had.

Awesome service! Best Gyro in Boone County! Best pulled pork as well!

Milky Way is a great place in Lebanon to get a burger, tenderloin or milkshake. The burgers are made fresh from locally raised beef. The mushrooms and onion rings are good too, but I can never eat too many of them. They just remodeled and the okace looks great. A nice family owned spot to grab a sandwich.

I have been in and around Lebanon since I was in high school. I grew up on Frankfort Milky Way (which is good…). However today, I had Lebanon Milky Way for the first time ever! Omg. 🤤😍 I am so sad I didn’t know about this place. I got a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. The most basic thing ever, but it was the BEST burger I think I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It’s a thick burger too. A double would be crazy, but I get it. I will be back a lot. Is there a reward card? 😂

Classic place! The kind of food and frozen treats from my youth. The burgers were huge, the rings were some of the best, and they had banana shakes! Keep it up Milky Way!

Went through the drive thru. Got a cheeseburger, tator tots, my son got chicken fingers & fries, my husband got tacos. We were all in the mood for something different. Everything was awesome! We'll be back for sure!!!

We Love the Milky Way, Frankfort or Lebanon. Lived next door to Walt and Martha Webb for several years here in Frankfort. I believe Walt was the founder of the Milky Way sometime after he retired from the Navy. They were WONDERFUL people !! From what I understand, it is now being ran by their grandchildren. You are doing a great job keeping up a family tradition.
