It was my first time ever getting lashes with Sylvia at the Lash Boutique, it was a wonderful experience!! Sylvia is absolutely a pro at what she does, I was definitely nervous coming in but after a few minutes I was super relaxed. I thought prices were very fair, and I am very happy with my Classic lashes—natural-looking but I have already gotten so many compliments! Will be coming back when I come back to Muncie

These very sweet ladies all do a beautiful job of making your lashes look amazing! Highly recommend if you’re looking for eyelash extensions or brow waxing. I no longer have to take time to put on makeup, I wake up ready to go! Love this local business!

I’ve been going to Sylvia for almost 4 or 5 years now and I’ve never been disappointed! When talking to people about eyelash extensions, I ALWAYS recommend her because I noticed hers last way longer and they’re amazing quality. Not to mention she’s so so sweet and the building is so cute. I’ve also been to see Jaylynn/Katelynn there for fill in’s and they did amazing as well :) 10/10 do recommend

10/10 Highly Recommend! Sylvia is the absolute BEST! She has been doing my lashes for nearly 5 years. Any concerns or issues that I have ever had were handled promptly and professionally! Recently I had a death in the family and was unable to keep my appointment due to the funeral time. She went out of her way and opened her shop up early to accommodate my needs! Her lashes last several days longer than other artists that I have used in the past. Her Boutique is clean and professional and I will never go anywhere else!

Katelyn is the Best Gal to see! I always go to her when I need lashes and I leave feeling like a 10 every time! She will make you feel Bonita for sure! Not only is she extremely talented, but a wonderful person with a kind heart. She is excellent at everything she does! 10/10 highly recommend!

I have gotten my Lashes done by Katelyn Lloyd several times, they always looks so beautiful and make me feel beautiful! I get the hybrid lashes, they are perfect every time. Any time I've gotten them done by anyone else they always fall off within a couple of days, Katelyns never do! They are always on perfectly! So I will not go to anyone else!!

Sylvia is the best lash technician I’ve had since I started wearing lash extensions, it’s been around 3+ years now. The studio is very clean, cozy, and the environment is really professional. They are very welcoming and detailed when servicing their customers. You'll definitely leave feeling more beautiful and relaxed than when you came in. I live in Avon and it’s worth the 1 1/2 drive to Muncie!!!!

First time getting my lashes professionally done! Jalyn did an amazing job! She made me feel so comfortable! Afterwards I was shocked at how light weight the lashes felt! I feel like I didn’t even have lashes on but looked amazing after!!! Definitely coming back for all my lash needs!

I have been coming here since January and every time I walk in, I feel like I’m on vacation for the hour I’m in here! These ladies make it feel so welcoming and peaceful. The Lash Boutique is a beautifully decorated shop. It is very clean. The furniture in the waiting area is cozy but just wait until you sit in the recliners while they are doing your lashes/brows, oh my gosh. If I didn't have so much coffee, I would have fallen asleep in the recliners. :) I definitely recommend this shop if you are looking to get lash/brow services.
Sylvia is GREAT! I tend to be uncomfortable around people I do not know but not with Sylvia. She made me feel right at home. She answered any questions that I had and explained what was happening every step of the way. Very professional. In the end, my (tinted) lashes look so good and I will be coming back for further services with Sylvia.
