White Castle

Friendly helpful staff. We challenged rhem with a huge complicated order and they were
very conscientious.
Before, we went to 2 White Castles who were drive thru only. This location had a full team working and the four of us could sit down and eat.

My son loves the chicken rings

We only get their cheese sticks,
and they were so good.

Customer service 10/10 long line but they where so fast I was so shocked I was gone in seconds

I used the drive-thru and took the kids after school. Not a long wait at all!! They were very professional and excepted my coupon (total win) Happy 100th Birthday White Castles

Ok so we were visiting MO. WE MADE White Castle our last stop.
The request was for 100 burgers. They were delicious and keep well in the freezer. We asked for 70 cheese and 30 plain.

The order was for no onion, pickles, just meat! We received pickles on every sandwich. We were left with a pile of pickles.

Oh well, next time.

Great place ,drive thru was professional and quick

Went on a turnaround with my partner and he couldn't leave without it. Everything was cooked to order fresh piping 🔥 and he enjoyed every bite.
I think that'll be a new getaway. 🤔

Best fast food service I've received in a long time delectable burgers and friendly staff

It was quick and easy. The food is always delicious. customer service was cool. Very nice and they were working efficiently so I definitely didn't worry about my order being wrong. Plus it's just the best thing to eat later at night since a lot of other places aren't open. Only the drive-thru is open though.

When I come up to BJC I always stop here for a Sliders Craving box to take home. It's easy to get in and back on the street at this location. Fast service, always nice.

Pleasantly surprised! Received the best service I've had in quite some time.. My order was freshly prepared, all burgers and fries were hot. Also the young lady that took my order in the drive thru was very nice and professional. Keep up the good work. 👍🏽

🥰🥰The crew was amazing. Not one person was idling. From cleaning the kitchen to the dining area (everyone was busy) I'm in awe.They even recognized their younger employees accolades and achievements. Even the parking lot was clean. Thank you guys 😊

I really appreciate when a company takes responsibility for the poor actions of some of their employees. I may not have had the food replaced but I definitely got the apology that I was looking for. Sometimes people just want to know that you didn't mean to mess stuff up as badly as you did

Been there many time love the professional of the works they move fast with your orders,sometimes u have to wait for a while most of time i gets the same lady on Delmar and Kingshighway she speaks and know how my order gose what's need to be places along with my order most Christmas time I stop by and give her a gift she been working there for a long time each time u entered her line she speaks with a pleasant smile and voice, don't no her name one day as i stop by and places and order in her lane going to asks her what is her name,
