Stinson Law firm prepared a trust for my Mother and I was designated the successor trustee. Throughout the process Jeff and his team were professional, kind, and competent. I am not an attorney but I am a trustee on several trusts and have a fair amount of experience with trusts in California, Indiana, and Arizona. Just Odd. Sister is Trustee. I asked for inventory multiple times on the Trust. I received a paper with a total of about 5 bank accounts. No inventory on my parents assets. My goal - what did my Sister do with the proceeds to the sale of their house. No one will provide that information. That question has been ignored multiple times. It is a reasonable question. With the denial to answer that question, I believe the Stinson Law firm is protecting my Sister. If it was handled the way my parents wished, it should be a very simple and quick answer. Documentation should be available to prove it was included in the final inventory. It's sad that a law firm will not answer a very pointed question about the inventory of this trust.
