Los Amigos

I've tried the gorditas at most of the Mexican restaurants in Frankfort, and Los Amigos has the best by far!!! Like little pockets of love. Also recommend the horchata, cheesy rice, and of course, tacos. But gorditas are my fav!

I can honestly say that I have been to this restaurant several times already since I’ve been in town and it is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The service is always up front, fast and friendly. Find yourself a seat and enjoy some awesome salsa and cheese dip, if you opted for it off their large menu, while you wait for your food. So far, every visit I’ve had here, it never takes long for your food to arrive hot and fresh. Some plates are still sizzling as they arrive to your table. The food has always been great. Also, on Tuesdays they have $1 tacos, that are worth every penny!

Best Mexican food I've had north of the Red River. The chicken enchiladas with tomatillo green sauce were excellent, as was the birria taco.

Wonderful food, great service! Their coca cola bottles are the vintage glass style! I've been told they have specials for several days of the week, so it's definitely worth the money! Less than $6 [before tip, please tip no matter where you dine if the establishment accepts tips] for my food and the bottle of cola. Way more food than I was expecting! The tamales in specific were amazing!

These are some of the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. The price was so low, the food so good, and portions so large I felt obligated to add more money to the tip jar even though I had already tipped 40%. I only wish this restaurant were closer to Lafayette.

Best tacos in town!! Why would you ever choose Taco Bell over this is beyond me.

Went in to try the tamales and ended up buying 30 to take home and put in the freezer. I love authentic tamales. Had the red and green ones. Both equally as good. I will return. Great service.

Very tasty food. Tacos are great and a steal on Tuesday. Gorditas are very tasty too and don't sleep on their tamales (the masa is great)!

The big quesadilla is pretty big and I'm no small guy. If you eat there, you'll get chips and salsa (don't skip the salsa... it's very good).

They are super busy for a reason especially on deal days (Taco Tuesday anyone??) but if you are patient, you can have some tasty food for a great price.

The food was amazing! I had a beef taco, a chicken gordita, and a marinated pork burrito and they were all delicious! Also this is my new favorite place to get chips and salsa!! I highly recommend this place!!

Came here for work and thought I give this place a try and holy $!*%, havent had good Mexican food ever since I lived in México! definitely worth doing a detour through this city just to eat here you will not be disappointed

Nice little spot in Frankfort .. You step into a nice lit up area and yellows and browns .. The ac is blasting the people are smiling .. Very attentive I love it and for the price its very good and worth the stop .. Chips are inhouse I love this .. The salsa could be hotter for me but I love spicy food Sooo other then that the place is clean cold and the food was hot .. I love it
