We have had Region as our insurance broker for about 2ish years now.

We utilize progressive through them and had an accident at one point. Using the progressive customer service line left our account in shambles with over $1000 in fees and charges we weren’t liable for, we called our agent through Region and not only was she able to handle the issue smoothly for us but we actually ended up getting more off our monthly payment.

For that day on we only deal with Region if we have any issues with our car insurance and will use them in the future for any other insurance needs we may have.

About a year ago, my car insurance had skyrocketed for no apparent reason (no accidents, tickets, etc) and I was with the same company since I started driving at 18! I've had the same company for over 35 years! I was in search of another company or agent that could give me the same coverage at a lower rate! Lucky me, I came across Christy Burzcak and worked a miracle and lowered my monthly payment $200! Safe to say, she is my miracle agent and never misses a text or call if you have a question or concern! Should have made the switch years ago! Thank you Christy!

Love the service I get from this Christy and her agency! I always get someone on the phone and they care about their clients! If I have an issue they have always been there to help me or walk me through my issue! And they got my rates down! Highly recommend!
