Sunshine Cafe Muncie

This place is awesome. Definitely a mom and pop type place. The food is really good prices. The drinks though, (non alcoholic) are a little pricey, I thought. But you get a TON of food for what you pay for. I went with a group of 4 and not one of us complained about how the food taste and we all said we have to come back within the week. The service was also great. Overall great little breakfast spot.

The server Cheryl (I believe that's her name) has worked at the Sunshine Cafe for years, according to her staff mates.

First of all, our server was WONDERFUL!!! She told us about the menu, and about a few perks as well (you'll have to go there and find out yourself). The food is wonderful, no wonder they are packed!

The menu was fantastic, and they also have a senior menu with nice choices. We were there for lunch, the burgers are great and I have never had onion rings as good as the ones here! Pickles are on the side, a lot of them. I was in Heaven! My husband said his burger was awesome, as well.

The order pad slip you use to take up to the register is awesome. They are made out of cardboard compared to the regular super thin slip you usually get. Perhaps because most of the people I saw in the place were wearing glasses...take that as you want...lol.

Our server always checked back appropriately, filed up a second coffee crafe for us, and was just super nice throughout our meal. I ordered dessert, which was also very good!

All in all, if you don't stop in to the Sunshine Cafe when you're in Muncie, you've got yourself to blame for your next eat out experience!

It was great. Reviewing mostly to share pictures. Chocolate chip pancakes and banana pancakes.

Our waitress, Cheryl (I think was her name) is phenomenal!!! It was the busy after church crowd and she was there, no matter what we needed. Even anticipated our wants. Food was decent price and plentiful. I think we all had leftovers to take home. We'll definitely ask for her area next time.

Great is great wonderful food and short on service but they did great

The food was wonderful, got there breakfast and enjoyed there Belgium waffle with the strawberry topping on it, along side of bacon 🥓 then for an appetizer there Chilli with cheese is definitely a must have! My friend got there platter with pancakes that are most definitely unique in flavor compared to the typical pancake 🥞. The atmosphere is very homie and the service is great. Wonderful server and customer care. 👌🏼 definitely a recommendation for breakfast morning or evening and they even have all you can drink coffee for those who love to have a nice cup of Joe. Hope this review helps those who haven't tried there food yet!

Had an amazing meal. Was a little bit bummed that there was no October fest. I worked at the one in Noblesville for years. Sure do miss the place. The foods as good as we all remembered.. we'll definitely be going back.

This place is so delicious, staff is friendly and the place is clean. The food speaks volumes on their skill. Everything is good on the menu! Sometimes there is a wait but you won't be disappointed

Im brand new to town and completely unbiased, this place is delicious. I look forward to bringing my girlfriend here for many years to come.

Being a vegetarian and trying to move towards being vegan is difficult and I'm always adding/subtracting items when I order. Luckily, the waitress we had recently was very understanding and she double-checked to make sure my wrap didn't have any animal products in it. This veggie wrap with salsa was delicious and no animals were harmed in the making of it (I hope).

A Muncie staple. Generous portions that often allow you to get pancakes with your main dish which rival the size of the plate. Decent coffee, too. Overall a fantastic diner and my choice for this town. Also, as odd as it is to point out: I'm always very comforted to see the waitress with the twin pony tails working there. I appreciate her.

Weve eaten here often on weekends for many years now. Food and service is always great. Always satisfied.

Haven’t been here in many years, but it was just as good as I remember it being. I think the inside might actually be completely the same. 😄

A calm place with fast service. We’ve never waited more than 15 min for anything it seems. The food may not have the most top-notch ingredients, but they offer bigger portions and the food is still delicious! This place is our usual breakfast when my brother in-law visits.

Fantastic breakfast place!! Food was hot and yummy - omelette, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. Highly recommended!!

Food and staff good and warm. We came late in evening for dinner and were grateful they were still open. Excited to find out they were open 24/7. Highly recommend everyone come and enjoy!
