Hoops Restaurant and Catering

I stopped here for lunch with my supervisor while on a work trip. While the waitress didn't seem very informed about: the menu, the area, or any other question she was asked, the kitchen definitely made up for it. I ordered a BLT sandwich not expecting anything special, but what I got was a masterpiece. The bread was perfectly toasted; crispy but not crumbley. The bacon was expertly prepare: chewy and biteable. However, the care in which the sandwich was assembled was the winner. Every ingredient was precisely layered across the entire sandwich ensuring that each bite was equally delicious. I deeply appreciate the time and attention that went into making me a fantastic lunch.

My first visit here, and it was great. Portion size was generous. The waiters were prompt and friendly. The atmosphere shouts "small town coffee shop", which I like. I never did see a sign out front, and it was pre-dawn, but my GPS found it. The menu is extensive. Good food, good value. Recommended.

My sister took me and my son here as a thank you for helping them move. Hoops is a quaint little spot with wonderful food. I had their brisket. Yummy. My son had their double cheeseburger. He lived it. The blackberry cobbler for dessert was so good! If you're out that way, stop by for a good meal!

It's a bit far out, but the trip is more than worth it! Hoops is more of a restaurant than anything else. The severs are polite and determined to give you the best experience possible.
The service is quick most of the time, and if it's not super speedy you can relax and watch tv while you wait for your food.
The lighting in the "bar" portion is very nice and relaxing.
If you want to go just to drink and socialize, there's a separate building called 'the barn'. It gets really nice and toasty in the winter.
All of their food is amazing, but I especially love their fried mushrooms and onion rings.

Great food, very friendly staff. Highly recommend! Small family run restaurants like this seem to be dwindling down in the area. Nice to see some like this still going.

One of, if not the best, breakfast place in Frankfort. I particularly like it because you see familiar faces every time you go in. The Extreme Slam Dunk is one if my favorite breakfast dishes regardless of the city or state. Staff is attentive and friendly, it's always clean, and ni marter how busy they're good comes out fast and hot.

I also appreciate their support of other local businesses and the schools in Frankfort.

We had a B'Day meal with out of town family and the service was great and everyone's food was delicious. When we are in Frankfort from Tennessee we always enjoy eating at Hoops !

Went there Friday night & had their prime rib special & omg, it was awesome!!! Moist, nice cut of meat. Will be going back very soon!

Don't give me wrong the food is excellent food . They seem to have a hard time keeping help . I believe one of there main reason is that they need someone to step up to run in place other than the Rachel. She has no patience and treats the others very poorly.

This place is a local favorite. All of their food is good, but their breakfast skillets are the best! I don't make it here often, but when I do I'm never disappointed.

Food was fantastic service was good. Air conditioner could have been turned up a bit it was awful warm in there today but overall a great place!

Great service. Only place around I can get pancakes with REAL fresh fruit ...no compote or jelly. Eggs were perfect.
