Ben's Soft Pretzels

Talk about fresh baked goodness. Pretzels are always fresh and ginormous. You get a good deal of pretzel for the money that you can easily share. Sauces are extra at .69 and often you need two nacho cheese for one pretzel but still with it. The cinnamon bites are also a hit.

We got 2 pretzel bite meal. The pretzels were really good. The drinks a different story. One of the cups had a squashed bug inside it !! And a wing off the bug was in the ice !! Yuck

Until tonight we had never had a bad pretzel meal from Ben's Pretzels. We ordered 2 meatball pizza meals, 1 pepperoni pizza meal, 1 bacon pizza meal, and a bacon cheese pretzel meal. It was so burnt that we couldn't eat most of it. I had to remind the worker to get the food out of the oven. She was running around cleaning instead of paying attention to the food in the oven. She lost our receipt as well.

Ordered no salt they fixed it but some of it was still doughy pop had 3/4 filled with ice and employees were a little annoying playing around

Horrible to the extreme! I ordered $40 worth of food and all of the pretzel sandwiches were over half raw. I called the store and the employee on the phone told me no manager was in store. She supposedly took my name and phone number so she could have manager call to resolve the issue. I received no call nothing at all.
