Amazing people Rebecca The main management she's so wonderful. Very nice woman she helps you figure out anything you need to figure out. She make sure all her I and t are dotted & Cross!They are very compassionate. They can put theirselves in your shoes and understand but at the same time run a tight ship just a wonderful very hard working lady You can easy establish rapport with her!!! Office ladies! 100% amazing! Sadly Dennis, the main maintenance guy who is here since this place was built. He has retired. It was sad to see him go. No one's going to be able to keep up with what Dennis did for our community out here He was one man who could do it all and no one's going to be able to keep our grounds as beautiful and nice and trash-free and just having a nice overall place to call home! He took pride in a place what he didn't call home but it was his second home and he treated it like so He did amazing and he's been gone since January 2022 and you can tell that man is no longer the groundskeeper the maintenance man He will be sadly missed! And I noticed when he was here you didn't get too much of people like bad things happening and I've noticed since he's been gone gone. The cops been out here several times and I hopefully this place don't go downhill fingers cross because it's amazing place!

This community is managed by a professional staff that is so respectful. The grounds are so beautiful. You are in walking distance of Ball State and amenities including the YMCA. I feel safe walking in the evening.

This is a very nice place and roomy i love it. Maintenance is good about fixing things around the apt.

Definitely a great place to live, conveniently located.

A great place to live and well kept up and everyone nice

I never lived here but Ive visited many times in my lifetime and it looks great and well kept I am on the waiting list to move in I will give my final rating and verdict once I move in so far it's very nice place and the apartments look good I've seen better but they look good for a low income based apartments far as I have seen and know the maintenance and the landlord is amazing the landlord cares about the tenants and always checks the units and regularly does inspections unlike my current apartment complex does not do at all I'm very pleased with this place and I really want to give y'all 5 star rating but I want to check this place out more and live here for about a year because I give my final rating
