I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with Cricket in the past, but whenever I come in & Angie is working the customer service is excellent. She helped me find a great deal & a phone that was perfect for my elderly dad who’s not very tech savvy. I’ve had to come back into the store a couple of times & whenever Angie’s there I’ve been efficiently helped, even with multiple customers in the store.

By far my favorite phone store in Eugene, maybe all of lane county. The store is in the perfect location, and so easy to find! And the service 10/10. Daniel was so helpful and answered all my questions and the service was super fast. I definitely will be coming back, and making sure he will be there because the service was so phenomenal! No stupid question asked, and the prices are unbeatable!
