I've never been so impressed with the customer service of a cashier at any convenience store as I was this evening, so I'd like to give a 5 star shout out to Logan at the North River Road location. He really went above and beyond answering my questions about what times the store is available to deposit money into a cashapp account.

It was refreshing to speak with an employee at a place of business that really made me feel like they cared about my experience as a customer, and didn't just shrug me off when presented with an issue. Thank you!!

I believe 7-Elevenses hold a more or less negative connotation in the City of Eugene. They always seem to be empty whenever I am down wind from them. Perhaps it is the plethora of Homeless that haunt the environs and grounds of these establishments? Not at this particular store. They were doing a handsome and smart business when we stopped. Easy to find what we needed. The fine people working here kept the steady line moving and we were quickly on the road again. I shall of a certain bring my costume to this Ye Olde Shoppe again someday soon.

The staff here are always friendly! I live nearby so I go in 3 to 4 times a week and I have never had a bad experience. I often stop on my way to work or coming home from work, so I have been in on every shift at various times. Sam the owner is also very nice as is his wife who sometimes works behind the counter. I have nothing bad to say at all! I usually leave smiling after interacting with the staff. It is a clean, well-lit and friendly environment.

I love this place. It's near my home and it's a family operation. Sam is there owner and he a great guy. He oftentimes will give my 3 year old daughter a free treatsie when he sees her just to put a smile on her face. He used to employ his son Harman at this location, before he provided him with his own convenient store and gas station(AM/PM) to run on his own right off of River Road. Great prices and selection. I appreciate the discounts on monster energy drinks and the warm food. My wife enjoys the wine selection and prices. On those very hot days during the summer Sam will discount Slurpees to the low price of free. I highly recommend that everyone in the area stop in for refreshments.

This is arrest 7-11! The clerk was super friendly and helpful! Store was clean and organized! Awesome place!

Thank God for 7/11 I was all over looking for any kind of wipes, I have 2 people with
special needs that I take care of and I didn't know what I was going without toilet paper.

Love this place on birthdays if the clerk is nice you might if you get a free smoothie
