Decent spot to stop for fuel and snacks. Service is has greatly improved in the last three months.

I just love (most of) the employees here. Yes, they have to ask for ID (not their fault, just policy) and sometimes they appear to have no clue what they're doing, but this is my "corner store" and I love it despite it's flaws. Unfortunately, the hours as posted are not always observed. I went there at 11:25pm on a Wednesday night. Should have been open until midnight. Nope! They were closed up tight. They need one of those signs that said "Open when I'm here. Closed when I'm not!" Lol

buy2 Stores - River Road offers low customer service, with disinterested and unhelpful staff . The store's shelves are consistently poorly stocked, leaving customers frustrated and unable to find the items they need. The overall cleanliness and organization of the store is lacking, creating an unpleasant shopping experience.

Update, customer service still sucks. 4/16/24. I showed up with a $100 bill and got an attitude as I was asking for 30$ in gas to fill two gas cans. Won't be going back. Just go to Fred Meyer, better snacks, better beer and better customer service.

Avoid one day register isn't working then another day no one inside employees outside can't go in this happens often. Been going there on and off for a year at least 3 times register wouldn't work 3 times employees outside. They want you to standout side and wait on there time I'm a costumer I have to wait for paid employees.

Horrible gas service last night. The worste I have experienced ever and I'm over 50. The gas attendant acted like he was beneath pumping gas. I told him he needed the keys to lock my gascsp he threw them down on passenger seat anyway. Let alone Noone came out for over 5 minutes. If I didn't need has I would have left. Will never go to another buy2

The customer service here is astonishingly horrid. I have never seen a more incompetent group of employees. Cleanliness is out the window, every time you step in there it like you need to go home and take a shower. Everyone is rude, and takes they’re sweet, sweet time on every small task. They act like the costumers are imposing on them while they sit around and talk. It took me almost 45 minutes to get gas one time, it was me and maybe two other cars. I paid and my gas was done, so I sat and waited almost ten minutes, I got out and put the pump back. I got snapped at and told not to do that, and it’s illegal for me to do so, which it’s not. Plus I wouldn’t have too if they did they job properly. If I could give this place a negative star review I would.

The turnover of employees in the last 6 months has shown how (not) interested the ownership is. The staff is ALWAYS complaining. Guy told me this morning he didn't want to be there while the lady behind the counter grabbed food from the hot display, sat and ate with 5 people waiting in line and an open register. NONE of the current employees are remotely happy there. And since when did the question "do you want your change" become appropriate??? Lost my business. Owners and managers don't care.

Clerk didn’t have a mask on and when I asked about their policy, was told not to worry about it. The clerk followed me out to me car and said something to my girlfriend as she got in. I will be speaking with the manager but would in general not recommend going inside the Buy2 at they are very lax about the mask mandate.

Management steals money from customers all prices are wrong and more expensive spent 9 bucks in items charged 4x that then told my issue no refund also noticed while there some GAS pumps and over $ MORE THAN THE OTHERS ON SITE
WITHOUT THEM SAYING ANYTHING TO CUSTOMERS.JUST OVERCHARGING .main issue with site is corporate "policys" that screw over all involved.

Went to buy propane bought a bottle they didn’t have it would not refund my money that I had to leave with no refund the place is a rip off I wouldn’t give him one star if I had to the young man that help me was the most disrespectful slow moving kid I’ve ever met my life

The employees don't even get legally required break time.
