My first time there. Lisa was unprofessional. I wanted a cut and color. She mixed up the hair color without showing me a sample first. She acted like I was bothering her. When she did show me a sample, I told her I wanted it a little lighter. She told me that was the only color she had. She told me it won't come out as dark. I let her do it. When I told her I wanted it lighter, I suggested that perhaps she can put a few highlights in. She said she could but would have to charge me. She told me not to worry, it will fade out fast. Just what I want to hear after paying $78.
