The Well is one of my new favorite community hangs! Super friendly staff. Music is hip-mello. Atmosphere is comfy rustic. BEST Matcha Latte w/ house made vanilla! And check out their community board for local happenings downtown Fishers!

Only location in Indiana, and a great spot for drinks and talking!

Some coffee beans were over $30 for a 284g bag. But pour overs are only $5 (except one for $8). A rum espresso tonic is $5.75.

Our barista was super nice and when she saw me filming her making the pour over, she explained the whole process well for me to document.

All the tables were full on a Sunday afternoon, and everyone looked to be having a good time. We opted to sit outside, and the sun hit us perfectly right to keep us warm.

All the drinks hit the right spot, atmosphere was great, and people were kind. All I ask for in a coffee shop!

First visit to The Well. The Winter Wonderland, the bagel breakfast sandwich, as well as the breakfast burrito were really great. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

A gem in Fishers downtown which serves delicious coffee! I had my pet and the customer service was so accommodating in letting me ring my order and then served my coffee outside.
I enjoyed my time outside and the customer flow was busy Saturday noon. Customers were gathered together for study groups, meetings, dates and just catch up and the whole vibe was vibrant and very interactive.
Totally will check out the place again.
There’s street parking available and wasn’t too hard to find.

I plugged in for work and took several meetings in a busy yet peaceful setting.

New to the area and staying in a corporate apartment close by, needed to find a place to satisfy my coffee fix. Mission accomplished! Walked over and was impressed as soon as I walked in. Very clean, you can tell they take pride here. Customer service was outstanding and my coffee was a light roast today and quite tasty. Hints of chocolate. I ordered a cold brew for the road and I’m excited for that. If you order a larger drip, apparently you get a free refill. Also, they have 2 good sized private rooms for conference that appears to be open for anyone. Great job, I’ll be back. Come out and support your local businesses and avoid chain coffee shops! I highly recommend this place.

Giving this coffee shop another try. In the past I was not overly impressed with their ability to make a very dry cappuccino - today's was better and I added an additional shot for more flavor. Was good for me but my wife would have wanted it with just the frothand zero poured milk. Worth checking out another time to see if they can perfect the way we like it. Coffee flavor was good and much better than Starbucks which we only go to when there are no better options.

For not having a native macchiato on the menu, this “comparable macchiato” was phenomenal! No complaints whatsoever. Flavor was on point. If I had to pick one thing to improve I would just say to add cold foam and this thing would easily beat a Starbucks macchiato.

I loved this location of the Well! I live in Nashville and honestly did not know there were locations in other cities. This one holds true to the Well vibes - great service, wonderful coffee. Great for Bible study, work meetings, or work gatherings. This location also has two conference rooms you can reserve for a larger group gathering.

I loved that they were using an Ethiopian light-medium coffee for their espresso! It was unique but had so much flavor by itself! They also include the type of bean and the notes on the menu which is really helpful. Definitely one of the best espressos I've had at a coffee shop. Would definitely recommend The Well if you enjoy espresso by itself!

Love this coffee shop and wish we lived in this area so we could enjoy it more!!! I'm very choosy about my white mochas and it was SO GOOD - truly one of the best I've ever had! I also got a breakfast sandwich which was huge in size (so worth the price) and absolutely delicious. Also love love love their mission behind all of it! Definitely would recommend!!

I was in town for the PRI show and managed to make my way through all of their current pour overs in 2 mornings, all of which were delicious. Friendly staff with a great albeit loud atmosphere as others have pointed out. The conference rooms are an awesome idea, but I didn't see any whiteboards, so I wouldn't be able to satisfy my mindmapping fix;). If you are trying to work in the main space and have to talk on a conference call, it will be tough without good noise cancelling gear. Definitely will be back whenever I'm in the area.

I love the Well! Such a welcoming environment, great place to study or just chat with friends. The service is so uplifting and they serve such quality food.

Hate leaving bad reviews if bad service but here deserves a good one 5 stars loved the coffee and avocado toast annnnnd service. I came here with my friend to relax after a long day of.. relaxing. :)

We had the black cat coffee which was INSANELY delicious. We were able to sit down, talk and just commune in a lovely atmosphere. It was here that I gifted my soon to be Maid of Honor my trinkets of appreciation. yaay. Very cool place. The green harvest ( Was that what that green smoothie is called??) was DELICIOUS as well. Perfectly yummy. So sad when the cup was empty.

Fun and lively atmosphere with a purpose! Love their mission! Great staff, especially Ursula! She was awesome! Their vibe and coffee are on point!

Got a honey vanilla tea recommended by a barista and was very pleasantly surprised. The shop has rooms in the back where study groups seem to have congregated. Plenty of seating and high chairs. Overheard that they might be non profit. Plenty of pictures in the shop seemingly to show that they are involved in fair trade and fair prices for coffee producers in the developing world.

I got an iced mocha and a vanilla chai muffin. The muffin was amazing! The mocha was ok. Royce took my order and was super nice and professional. He was able to discuss different options to me as a first time customer. If I'm in the Fishers area I'll be back.

Great coffee shop, great atmosphere, and wonderful coffee. Nice options for a quick, sweet bite and a light meal.

It has 2 rooms in the back of the coffee house. I bet it can hold 20-30 comfortably. I had a Earl grey lavender tea and a muffin. Its a modern straight-edged coffee house is a strip mall. They donate to missions. It is local so that's cool.
