Fleet Feet Fishers

Love Fleet Feet. I originally went to the Broad Ripple store, which is also a great store with wonderful staff. They make getting the right shoes so easy. You stand on a machine which measures your feet. They then bring you multiple pairs of shoes that are made for your feet. I picked out my favorite of the ones and couldn’t be happier. Love the Hookas that I got. So much so that I had to get a second pair the other day at the Fishers store. If you need new shoes they are the place to go.

Not just for runners! John was helpful and knowledgeable. He scanned my feet and explained the results. He listed to my needs with an open mind and worked to find a great fit for me. They do have wide with shoes in store. They currently have a discount for nurses.

I love fleet feet! I love how when you come into the store you're instantly helped and cared for. I also really like how they listen to you and they explain your needs based on your result. I have been a runner for years and swear by these shoes. They also get me to try on two different shoes at the same time and it really helps me pick which one is more comfortable.

The guys the store were friendly and helpful. They asked questions to help me get the best product for my nephew. They were knowledgeable and professional. They engaged me in discussion while we waited for the computer to finish the transaction. It was a great experience!!

I went to Fleet based on an orthotic/prosthetic specialist. My dad has bad foot issues and cannot wear a lot of shoes. Employee was VERY knowledgeable and recommended trying two different shoes. One pair worked GREAT for him! She made it so easy to shop for him and knew exactly what he needed!! Price was excellent as well!

They were helpful, knowledge, and patient. Graham took the time to help me try 10+ pairs to find the perfect fit.

I needed shoes to begin a walking program to improve my heart health. My podiatrist recommended Fleet Feet and said to ask for Linda. She was amazing!! She took her time, explained everything she was doing, answered all our questions, and matched me up with shoes I wouldn’t have thought would work. I’ve begun walking and have been amazed that I don’t have pain during or after and am not tired out when I get home.

The employee who helped me was super knowledgeable and broke down every detail of the foot scan/analysis so I'd understand it. The new shoes I got fit me like a glove and I love them! They were very sweet with my two year old as well. Definitely recommend.

Visited the Fleet Foot store in Fishers yesterday. Had a great experience. They acknowledged me when I walked in the door and they were very helpful in helping me make my purchase.

The guy was very helpful and informative. He gave great recommendations for my specific needs. I feel bad because I am very picky about style and colors. I ended up buying the style he suggested just in a different color on their website. I'll definitely go back to this store for insoles once the shoes come in tho!

Really great customer service. Linda really took tike to sit down with me and help me pick a great pair of shoes.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The person I worked with was very patient as my family tried on a variety of shoes and insoles. We are very happy with our purchases and experience.

After visiting the Fleet Feet store in Fishers I must say I was very impressed with Laura who assisted me and the foot scan they use to determine the proper shoe for your feet.Laura took her time & showed me several different shoe & orthotic options that would work best for my foot problem. I can’t thank her enough & would highly recommend her & Fleet Feet if you are experiencing foot pain as I have for years.

The customer service and attention to detail that I received was outstanding. I have never experienced that kind of attention to my specific needs at a shoe store before!

At first it was almost a bad experience, they accidentally sold my shoes. But Kelsey was awesome, she said sorry and didn't make any excuses. She helped me order them online and ensured me about the return policy. I love JackRabbit in Carmel and Fishers, great local running shop.

Nice place. But like most shoe stores, they rarely have sizes for me and my big size 13 wide feet. However great service the lady did all she could for me. She offered to order some shoes but I declined, opting to search other stores. I would have returned if I had not found good shoes at another store.

The workers know their merchandise and are very helpful
