Nathan was fantastic!!! He helped us get new phones, cases, screen protectors and charging port! He was so professional and courteous! I cannot recommend Nathan enough! Please go see him for your next phone! Amazing experience!

Greg needs a raise. He consistently goes above and beyond to support his staff and help customers. Everytime I'm in this store, he's there working hard.

I had a mixup with a refurbished phone and was able to go to the store and resolve everything and get a better deal. Greg (the sales associate) was extremely helpful and very patient throughout the process!

Nathan was great, helped us get everything we needed and put the screen protector on my phone for me. Check him out when you go in.

My visit was the easiest and fastest service I've received at any AT&T store to date. I needed to submit a claim to fix my phone and the AT&T rep actually helped me order a replacement phone using my insurance. He walked me through the claim and had my phone ordered in under 10 mins. Best experience, I'll be going back to this store if I need any help in the future.

I came in and the store manager was friendly and knowledgeable while helping me get to the bottom of all these spam calls I've been getting. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

The store rep who helped us with buying a new phone was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and he took the time to answer our technical questions and explain the different plans offered. It probably helped that my wife and I were the only ones in the store at the time. But it was a nice change from the nearby 96th Street store that's always crowded and understaffed. AT&T needs to do a better job staffing its stores, especially those with heavy foot traffic. Nobody should have to wait around to be helped, and we didn't. We'll never return to the 96th Street store again after the great service we received yesterday at this store.

I would love to shout out one employee at this store. My boyfriend and I went in to switch plans. The associate Emily was very professional and very helpful as we switched to AT&T. She was helping out a few of us and did so very well. We felt bad as we kept her after close and kept apologizing! So far, very happy with the service!!!

Colton and Melanie were awesome! Took the time to transfer phones. They were simply fantastic. I highly recommend this store off of 116th st. Fishers branch.

Recently upgraded my IPhone. Xavier helped me out. At first everything worked. But my contacts didn’t load. He helped me thru everything for 2 hours, uploading all my contacts, pictures, and getting rid of stuff I didn’t need. He didn’t complain or act like I was a burden. Way better customer service than I have ever received. Will only go to him if I ever need help. Super awesome guy, and he knew exactly what to do to fix my issues. Thanks again Xavier
