McAlister's Deli

Ordered through Door Dash and had a really great experience. Food was accurate and delicious! We couldn't figure out how to order more dressings but that might be a Door Dash issue. They gave us all the silverware we could have needed and provided napkins. Will definitely order again!!!

We had an amazing experience! The Savannah Chopped Salad with the Sherry shallot dressing is my absolute favorite thing on the menu!!! My husband ordered the Black Angus Club and he was very satisfied with his selection...he said it was delicious! Thank you for an excellent meal!!!

Went there with my daughter for a quick lunch. The area had power outages but McAllister‘s were still open so we stopped in for a quick bite. Service was good food was also good although the restaurant air conditioning was set for 90° outside it was a little bit chilly. A good place to go for a quick bite.

Excellent potatoes. Best potato around. Can't get a better potato anywhere else...

Let me tell you- I had a bite of this potato, and it was a great potato. I said to the cashier "this is a great potato".

This location is the most professional and accurate one I've been to. They are quick and always get my order right. The other locations are never accurate or provide this level of service.

I love McAlister’s deli! So today I decided to visit a different location from my usual one. I placed the order online & went to pick it up. However, when I got to the location to pick up the order, they weren’t able to find it. So I showed the order info to the very nice young lady who was helping me. She basically told me that I had placed the order at the other location that was on the other end of the same road! Wow! I asked if I could cancel that order and just place one with her (after she offered) but she basically told me she would inquire with the manager if I could get my entire order replaced at no cost even though it was my fault! She even offered me a drink! If that’s not GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE then I don’t know what is!!! This staff is exceptional and treated me better than the majority of restaurants I have visited in recent years! I will definitely continue to patronize McAlister’s until I can’t!!!!!!! Thank you so much to the team at McAlister’s Manchester Des Peres!!!!!!

I love this location. I bring my client here regularly and we eat at this location about every other week for lunch. One day my client was a little confused about his check. John (manager) and another team member offered to refund him and then placed his order again. They kept their composure the entire time even though they could tell my client was frustrated. Excellent customer service! We always feel welcomed. Everyone greets us from beginning to end from the cashier to when we sit down to wait for our food. They often walk by to make sure everything is ok and offer to refill our drinks and bring us to-go boxes if needed. They are always smiling too. This seems to be a high volume location but we never have to wait long to get our food. Highly satisfied with this location!

Great experience. We were able to place our order over the phone and it was ready at the time we set. The staff were all very kind and upbeat and did their jobs. The food was exactly what we ordered and fresh. We will definitely need going to this location more than any others. Highly recommend

Such friendly service. We were asked if we needed anything 3 times. They came to refill our drinks more than once. It was a real pleasure to have a lunch meeting here. Food was great and a huge selection means everyone could find what they wanted. We will be back often!

This place is always good. Food is fast, but it isn't fast food so you feel like you're eating better and their sweet tea is among the best out there. There are options for every palate and appetite and the prices aren't bad (Panera cost me $40 today for 2 people which is ridiculous).

Great menu, great selection. Particularly like that they don't punish a person for choosing gluten-free bread, some places charge $1 or even $2 extra, which is disgusting, this restaurant charges $0 extra. That is a huge plus to me. The people are always very very lovely. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Loved it! My mother who was in cancer treatment was craving a baked potato so I went here and was serviced with wonderful timing and employee's ready to help and even explain how some meals were made! U made our day 💙 and treatment was a success! Thank you!
